    Pros +

    • Fantastic view , cat at the reception ?
    • We really enjoyed the spa with its grottos — the contrast of icy and warm water for the legs after long walks was fantastic for circulation. Delicious teas while relaxing, and a very pleasant foot scrub and massage. The concierge was extremely knowledgeable and recommended many wonderful places to visit. The location is very convenient, close to the mountains and Aosta. Our room was very cozy, and I loved that the bathroom amenities were by Guerlain — great quality and lovely scent. The parking was also very convenient, right under the hotel building. The staff were absolutely fantastic — incredibly friendly and attentive, truly making our stay unforgettable! We would love to return again.
    • Stunning location, super comfortable hotel with a great alpine spa feel.

    Cons -

    • Spa opens at 11am
    • Unfortunately, due to my own oversight, I didn’t read the burger description on the menu carefully, and I was quite surprised to find that it included two pieces of fat. The rest of the food was very good and tasty.
    • Directions to get to the hotel can be a bit tricky but once you figure it out it’s easy.

The hotel was absolutely amazing. The staff was all very friendly an attentive. We got our room upgraded and had an incredible view of the mountain range and a big balcony. The room was warm and cosy with a real Apline feeling - we really felt like we were staying in a cosy chalet. The breakfast was great with a lot of options and with an incredible view from the restaurant. The car park was inside and it was very easy to reach Courmayeur from the hotel as we went skiing there and also went into the town. The hotel gave a real boutique hotel feeling with great food, chill vibes and great service. It was a 10/10 for us.

Stunning setting and a magnificent view of Mont Blanc. Authentic property with the design of an Alpine chalet. The food was delicious with many typical dishes from the region. We had the best chestnut veloute soup here! The staff was so very friendly and welcoming. Levon, from the restaurant, was especially kind to us. He was really professional and accommodating. The ingredients for the breakfast buffet, like the butter, yoghurt and milk, were all from local small manufacturers. Really delicious. The rooms are warm, comfortable and specials with charming interior design. The hotel is dog friendly.Parking is free and specious.

Great location with fine views of the mountains. Plenty of space in the hotel, welcome drink, lovely room (upgraded) and breakfast was amazing.

Spa facilities were great, but in principle hotels should not charge extra to use facilities - particularly in a five star hotel.

The Barman was very knowledgeable and attentive to the customers.

    Room and SPA.

The facilities are beautiful, especially the spa. The views are incredible from every angle but the staff are definitely the best. From the front desk to the restaurant and the waiters. The highlight for us was the breakfast, not to be missed!

Garage and electric charging were easy. The spa area is really interesting. Unusual in the best way.

Great room, attentive staff, amazing location and really cool spa. Also, breakfast was excellent including the coffee: which was actually good - a rarety in hotels.

Beautiful boutique hotel with a lovely view. Very comfortable beds. Very good breakfast. Exceptional personnel service

Internet connection needs improvement, honestly internet didn`t work at all in our case, also TV connection wasn`t the greatest. It will be nice if the rooms were slightly warmer. I guess the heating in a old house with lots of windows can be a challenge but we found it cold in the evenings. Last thing that we didn`t like was additional cleaning in the afternoon. The cleaning lady took away our sandwiches, probably thinking that we want to waste them. In general, cleaning team was a bit too noisy for for a relaxing holidays (we could her moving furniture early morning). Since it was beg of October, we didn`t use the pool (water was freezing cold).

We had a wonderful stay for my wifes birthday, the very welcoming staff arranged a room upgrade for us and were extremely accommodating. We would love to come back again in the future and see the place in the winter!

Everything. The location for travelling the region, the impeccable welcome, the incredible rooms with fantastic views, the excellent spa facilities, delicious food and drink, and the truly impeccable team.

    Nothing. It was all perfect.

Location was amazing, staff were very welcoming and friendly.Spa was great too.

The food in the restaurant wasn’t good and was very expensive for what we had.It certainly didn’t match the standard of the rest of the hotel, sadly.

The friendliest hotel imaginable, where we were met in the car garage by a gentleman who took our luggage and showed us up to reception. Complimentary prosecco on arrival, shown all around hotel, and so it went on. Faultless service, amazing location, beautiful hotel, comfortable room, incredible breakfast. We loved it!

Restaurant was expensive so we ate out.

The room (luxury junior suite) was great with an excellent view of Mont Blanc in the distance

    1. Both days we were there there was no hot water in the room in the morning and we had to go and ask the reception to fix it before it worked 2. Part of the reason we booked it was for the restaurant but they told us just the day before we arrived that we couldn’t use it on the day we arrived as they’d booked it out for a wedding party and hotel residents couldn’t use it. The would have known this for months but didn’t tell people due to possible cancellations 3. Some of the staff were a bit snooty.

    The spa is fantastic.

The room was cold and a little dirty. The staff is not very professional.

    HORRIBLE!!!! AVOID!!!!

Our recent stay in Relais Montblanc was something put of this world… i never expected to be robbed in 5 star hotel in European country !!! Basically we left our bags for bellboy to help load them in taxi and when we checked back travel pouches with Jewellery have disappeared, we straight away contacted GM where she replied to us: Can you prove that we took it? Maybe you are making it up. But on all pictures from our stay you can see jewelry on me, even on last evening photos. But she wouldn’t listen, refused to do ANYTHING to be helpful and hanged up several times in process. So for you to understand it was 1 cartier and 4 Van Cleef bracelets total worth of 92000 eur. Obviously no one even tried to check anything. Please avoid this hotel as they don’t care as you are not local, and they even don’t want or just can’t speak properly English!!!!!!!! I do believe in the end housekeeping ladies or bellboy took all these jewelry and Gm and managers obviously aware just trying to cover them. I will do as much as possible to all social media to let people know to do not stay in this horrible place and avoid it, and obviously i will contact all hotel association to explain situation with as much as possible proofs to close them or to take from them stars!!!!!!! As 5 star hotel can’t behave that way!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Beautiful place and amazing service. It was our second time and you really feel at home.

Only downside is the price of the restaurant. 15€ for a dessert that is the size of a macaroon is too much.
