Be aware it shuts at 11pm sharp so ring before booking to ensure it’s possible to arrive later than 11pm. I was lucky arriving at 00:45am and despite waking up the service manager was able to get in to sleep after having booked on this site. Exceptionally nice staff and very accommodating.

clean great shower and well kept

the door latch on the front door was broken

Very comfy and clean room. Staff were friendly and helpful. We were well rested - thank you

Clean, facility, parking, good breakfast, near highway, near restorants

Very nice reception at 22 30...excellent value fir money friendly helpful staff very clean

The cleanliness of the bedding, towels and rooms.

The gardens and car park just needed a little tidying up.

Great location near restaurants, just off the motorway, good breakfast and great value for money

No complaints

we returned to one our favourite places small but perfectly clean and comfortable bed with a excellent shower great for dogs and close parking

Location. Price

Room small. Wet room door didn't close properly or lock. Facilities very basic but adequate.

We booked last minute as a stop over through Le Mans and were pleasantly surprised, the room was clean, the check in staff were friendly - we didn't stay to have breakfast but it looked lovely :)

Clean and tidy.

Air con was not working - was not needed though as was not particularly hot when I stayed.

Convenient stop over very easy parking and 24hr check in.

No A/C and not all the lights worked in the room.

Lovely staff who speak English and are friendly and helpful. This family run hotel is great for baseing yourself in the Le Mans area. We stayed here once before when attending the Le Mans 24hr and did so again this year. Good carpark too, with secured access, as the gate gets locked when the staff go to bed, but you get a key code to come and go as you wish.

A/C unit in our room was broken, but was working last year. It wasn't hot so we didnt really mind.

There was a fire emergency at 4.30am which was well managed by the owners.

I had my booking cancelled a few hours before my arrival I was told there had been a fire and hotel was closed, so had to quickly book another hotel

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable enough

It was incredibly small, the 'bathroom' was like in a camper, it made creaky noises as you moved.

Next to Tesla chargers and good value for money

We weren’t sent a gate code and we arrived late and we had to jump over the gate and then call the emergency number to be able to get our room keys

Perfect for a stopoverFriendly staffPlace to stay for the night not far from the motorwayClean and comfortable

I had an issue with the fact that the bedroom door is directly outside of the building and the lock very basic. I personally felt not safe because of that. I stayed in a Fasthotel in Châteauroux which was different (rooms inside a building) but in Le Mans, it is like an American motel. Some people won't mind but I wish I had knew.

Location is excellent, just off the motorway but quiet. Room was very clean and comfortable and parking was easy
