Pros +
- Stunning position. Delightful decor and excellent breakfast.
- Breakfast was good, location is excellent Toñi was a star, super helpful.
- Very surprisingly good! Great location, beautiful rooms, very nice breakfast. I thought maybe for such a small town it wouldn’t be that good, but it was. Can recommend. The town is very beautiful. We spend one night, which was great
Cons -
- Nothing to add here
- I didn’t like the fact that the fridge in the suite was empty and dirty.Room 120
- We failed to activate the air conditioning in the room. Wi-Fi is not good, but I think it is due to the area, not the hotel

Breakfast was EXCELLENT! Location in town was excellent too.
Rooms could use a little bit of an upgrade, particularly the shower in the bathroom.
Pedraza is a small historic town, nestled in the mountains. It’s gorgeous. The hotel is located there.
1. The room had very low and slanted ceiling and we could not stand up straight in 80% of the room and hit our heads many times. I am 5 ft 6 inches and my husband is 6 ft.2. The shower wasn’t functional. It was weird setup with a tiny bathtub with fixed old curtains that is extremely hard to maneuver with a small hand shower in it. Anytime we tried taking shower we hit our head in the extremely low ceiling and the bathroom was flooded. The bathtub was too small to sit in comfortably.3. The bathtub was crawling with small spiders every day even after we drained them many times. Seemed infested.4. The wifi in the room didn’t connect and the staff was extremely unhelpful 5. We tried changing our room but failed.
a spacious but cozy attic room on the fourth floor
The rooms are nicely done and so is the hotel. The breakfast is nice IF you show up on time. Otherwise they run out of certain things or only restock slowly. The coffee was one of the best I've had in hotels and so was the orange juice.
The staff doesn't speak ANY English. We've tried to reach out to them multiple times via email and phone. However, it was impossible because they didn't reply or not answer the questions. On the phone they either didn't pick up or just hung up.The chef in the restaurant also got furious on our last day when we dared to show up for breakfast 10 minutes early. Even though the reception said it wouldn't be a problem and we only took what was ready anyways. The walls in the rooms are paper thin. At least in the rooms under the roof. You definitely pay for the location.
location, great breakfast, comfortable bed and linen
a bit noisy between rooms, furniture and some details look the rooms to look a bit ‘tired’
location and decor
smell of the room as it was closed, we opened the windows for 30 min and it was livable
Will not be back
it is okay to say good morning or good to the arrival or departure guess. no one willing to help .
