Leia at reception was excellent and very helpful.

We booked a superior room but we’re given a room with no window. Despite inclement weather it was very stuffy.

Breakfast was first class. Bakery and confiture were excellent. Very good coffee.

Although the coffee was very good, I would add an espresso or Bialetti Moka option.

Location was excellent. Room size good. Excellent breakfast. Staff couldn't have been more helpful.

Bed not very comfortable and it would have been nice to have had tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

Pretty hotel room with a large ensuite. Staff were really helpful and I particularly loved the personal breakfast service. About a 10 minute walk to the harbour of La Flotte where there are many shops, cafes and restaurants. The ice cream from La Martinière La flotte,was delicious and much needed after a cycle round the island.

The parking is a bit tight, but once parked all was well for the duration of our stay.

Friendly staff, very close to the port and town. Lovely decor and spacious room. Everything we needed!

The hotel looked as if it had recently been renovated and was clean and comfortable.

The description of the hotel on the website wasn’t strictly accurate. The hotel wasn’t beachside (beach 250m away) and there was no bar on site.. There was no fridge in the room and as there was no bar we couldn’t enjoy a “sundowner” before or after going out !!

Simple: rooms, car parking, little else

So very accommodating of my health issues - recent hip replacements and severe arthritis. Swooped my first floor room for a ground floor room. A delightful breakfast offered. Wish it had been closer to the harbour but coped with the distance taking in to account my severe arthritis.

The bed was far too firm.

Exceptionally friendly staff—Lindsay, in particular. Great proper French breakfasts, and a convenient location a short walk from the port. We will come back!

Clean, Compact and within easy reach of the centre

No tea or coffee making facilities in the room which was a bit small - particularly the bedroom.

It was a good hotel at a reasonable price. Staff nice and helpful. Breakfast was good.

Comfortable mattress in the room. Room was clean. Friendly staff. Ile de re itself is fantastic!

WiFi did not work in our room/building. Radiators in the bathroom did not work so towels were still wet in the morning. When mentioned to the receptionist, the answer was that it "was noted". Obviously that's not helpful since it was not fixed during our stay.
