Pros +
- The property is amazing - I was travelling with my 5 year old and there was more to do then I had expected there is a major Dome waterpark style set up with wave pool and slides, there are several other outdoor pools a market and a really nice Chateaux that has country club vibes but it had one of the best meals I had during my stay in France. Definitely exceeded my expectations for the cost.
- Our grandchildren were at the park.
- Beautiful setting. Lots of facilities. Good access to area.
Cons -
- The room is a bit dated but other than that its spacious and comfortable
- On arrival confusion over booking arrangemrnts and payment. Having to book breakfast the day before and when we did want breakfast on the day we were escorted to reception to make sute it was logged on the computer. Very poor quality pillows and mattress too big for the bed base. The quilt was too small for size of bed.
- limited places to eat when staying a week and breakfast in the hotel was a bit lacking

plenty to do and relaxed atmosphere
limited places to eat when staying a week and breakfast in the hotel was a bit lacking
bright clean comfortable
lack of kettle and toaster
We enjoyed Les Ormes and met up with family staying in mobile homes there.
No Hooks in bathroom No Kettle in roomNo Pillows menu
The staff were excellent and so helpful.
No tea making facilities in the room, no hot items for breakfast, no evening meal available in the hotel at any time or les Ormes on many days
We travelled with 11 adults aged from 18 years to 80 years and 6 children aged from 1 year to 17 years old and every single person had a ball - there is something for everyone here!!
More restaurants!!
Comfy beds good showers
No English tv channels, could do with basic kettle and water in room
Great relaxed family atmosphere, superbly attentive and capable staff resulting in a top class experience for young and not so young. We enjoyed two fabulous dinners at the clubhouse where we were greeted by the family run resort's owner who, from our chat, was clearly personally invested in providing the best possible experience for his guests.
The traffic management in the resort's central area needs a rethink. Otherwise, nothing.
Stayed one night before booking into mobile home the following day comfortable and close to all amenities
WARNING - there are hostile staff in this hotel, in particular Corine in the breakfast area. She was hostile and verbally agressive to our family without provocation. she tried to separate our family fromother guests and place us in a different area saying we were ‘noisy’. They also have some inhospitable policies including only providing two paper coffee cups for the entire stay and some staff have informed us their policy was only to provide 4 Nescafé sachets for the entirety of our families stay. On raising our concerns the management have frankly ignored them. Very disappointing experience.

only the facilities for children on site
We have many issues to complain about ! firstly the staff attitude was poor when we complained. we felt their approach was basically mean when we asked for more coffee sachets in our rooms and a member of staff came to tell us we were rationed to 2 a day which did not please husband who spent a lot of time in his room. The next issue was the quality of the standard room which lacked coffee facilities totally whilst my son had this in the premium room upstairs. When we realised this , as well as small bed size and small TV on arrival we asked if we could upgrade and they said no as we booked via booking . com and we felt this was rather inflexible The next issue left us very uncomfortable! the head waitress complained to my son after day one of breakfast, where we were a table of 7 in total with 3 young children of 3,7 and 8 years that we were too loud and noisy and she wanted us to eat separately on day 2 in the next room !!! which my son felt was quite unjustified. Without sounding pompous, we 4 adults are all professional adults and never in my many years of travel has anyone raised this as problematic. We really started to think this head waitress was racist when she started to hand out free soft toys to other children in the restaurant whilst our 3 children looked on disappointed I have never given a poor review before on this App and I travel often as a genius member but this experience left us self conscious and angry that the staff were so defensive and inflexible to its customers
the worst service ever.
be careful of hotel staff, she’s very proud and rude, she won’t help you solve any problems. the worst experience in my life, before we came back each year, because of her bad service, we won’t come back again
Comfortable bed, good shower room with great water pressure. We liked the little patio area outside with garden chairs. Staff all very friendly and helpful. The pool is fabulous.
The room was well located, clean and comfortable. However, for over €100 a night I had expected more - clothes storage was limited to one small wardrobe with hangers and some shelves (no drawers), there was no room safe, no in-room tea/coffee making facilities. When I asked at reception a small kettle (but no cups!) was put in the room.
Plentiful with good variety Coffee machine rather confusing to use seemingly for everyone leading to queue and frustration
See above .Last stayed here 36 years ago so very pleasantly surprised by all the improvements
We only had breakfast on the first day, the meats and cheeses were left open and there were fly’s about. The facilities for the kid’s were great . There was a great fishing lake but the tackle sold in the spar shop was the worst I’ve ever bought. Went to the nearest town dol de Bretagne to buy some decent tackle and the manager there told me he applied to supply the resort but was rejected as the shop had won the contract BIG MISTAKE
As mentioned the breakfast area wasn’t good. The hotel had no air conditioning and no fridge in the room so wouldn’t stay at the hotel again. The management did provide us with a fan but really for the temperature at that time it should have been a portable air con unit.
Location excellent. Very friendly staff. The guy that cleans the floor in the dome changing rooms was so helpful he deserves a special mention.
The opening times for the takeaway are very poor. The condition of the pitch & putt coarse very poor
We know and like this location and knew we would be provided with a good breakfast at the hotel and there would be options available for an evening meal on the site. Years ago we stayed elsewhere on the site with our tourer caravan and in more recent times we have stayed for several nights at the hotel as a start to a much longer stay in Brittany.
Sadly our sleep was interrupted by people being allowed to sit and chat at the tables round the pool late into the evening and after midnight. Our room overlooked the pool and voices were audible even with the window closed. The next day we had an early start as this was just an overnight stay before we continued our journey so we couldn't take advantage of the later check out time.
Excellent facilities, central to many places to visit including Mont Saint Michel, the nine locks, San Malo. One of the best holidays I've ever had.
There were only two eating places available on site, a pizzeria and a restaurant, The Clubhouse. Both were excellent. I believe another restaurant has recently been opened since then ?
