- I was not happy that I was not told that the restaurant was closed the first day. I also did not like the construction noise during the day time (building a new swimming pool using excavators and pneumatic drills) preventing me from enjoying a relaxing day on the terrace. If I knew about these two problems, I would not had selected it for this time, but I would come back some other time after they were resolved.

Great location, good common facilities, good breakfast and dinner. Room were a bit uncomfortable due to the size because we came with equipment for skiing.
Staff is not rude, but does not make you feel welcomed.
We liked the Sauna options.
Very poor selection at the dinner buffet. Barely any fresh produce for a regular salat even. Missing alternatives for vegan diet, unprepared to accommodate and the special order I made with one of the chefs (had given him my table number) never came. All in all simply far too expensive for what was served. breakfast pretty much the same but better selection of fresh fruit. Staff at reception was pretty unpleasant in dealing with customers professionally. Bathrobe was supposedly ready in the room but we had go get it at the reception ourselves. The robes we got where falling apart, parts ripped of and with holes. No glas cups in the bathroom. TV on the wall not adjustable. I consider the bag at check out is a waste of resources and unnecessary.
