Alpina Lodge Hotel Oberwiesenthal

The location is great, just few minutes from the slope by car. The room was big and clean.

The dinner was quite poor for its price. The parking was additionally costed. In the room there is no fridge or mini-bar.

Big rooms. Nice breakfast. Friendly bar atmosphere. Friendly staff. Close to slopes. Plenty of parking.

Would have preferred one double bed.

Breakfast and Dinner was nice and also quite child-friendyl... The Room was very spacious

Reception staff was very slow which causer lot of people waiting and queing at the reception at Check in times.

The hotel is in a really beautiful and calm area. Building is well kept, room was fresh and clean with big and nice windows and cousy balcony. The bathroom was clean and had everything one could wish for when travelling. Breakfast was very good with a big variety of things to pick from.

Check in could have been more smoothly if staff could have been more professional. On top of that - they do not speak English in the reception and do not rush to find a solution for it if a non-german speaking guest arrives. The only possible language for communication is German. Beds are very soft.
