  • Room size was okay
  • We only went for a night while waiting to transfer to the Conrad Rangali and it was recommended by our fishing guide. It was fine for this, it would have been hard to find had Hilman not helped us get to the hotel.

Cons -

  • Staff of the property was pathetic. Staff has no training in hospitality and no professional attitude. Everything is taken for granted. They have put so many things for organisation but have never trained their staff about them as their staff do not know how to use those things. They have kept a box for laundry on each floor which has separate space for dirty and clean laundry but the staff is so negligent about it that even do not know the dirty laundry has to be collected from there and the clean laundry has to be put back in the space provided there. There reception staff asked to keep the laundry in that box but their housekeeping staff did not collect it because they expect to collect the laundry from the room itself. Check out time is 12 noon but they stopped the room wi fi service at 11:30 only as they have given separate WiFi username and password for the room Even after repeatedly asking for it there was no response.
  • The bathroom where the shower splashes around everywhere, just a little messy. I've noticed it other places I've stayed and it's not a deal breaker, but could be better. Like I said, getting there would have been daunting without our fishing guide's help.
