Great location, great views and food.

Noise at night from the restaurant, pool was with cold water, no massage options even though it was mentioned as part of the benefits. The outdoor facilities were not maintained properly.

Slope not working and has not worked for quite some time, spa area dated, dirty , does not open on time, very poor. It is cosy and warm, restaurant has very limited menu, waiters are hit or miss. Some were really nice and helpful and there were a couple who just did not want to be there. Finally the shower cubicle had only half a door and breakfast was well not really breakfast. You could not even make a toast or get a coffee yourself. Coffee machine was not working, had to order from the waiter

The home made desserts in the lobby bar were amazing. The pool was hot and it was clean and quiet.

The breakfast was the same every day. Some of the corridors need to be updated.

Everything except the lifeguard

The lifeguard. He has wrong information for smoking in the spa and gives wrong information about time of use of the spa. He sed that we can't use the spa after 12 am but the rest of the staff told us that we can use it till we wanted. Same about the smoking e-cigarettes all the staff sed that i can smoke every ware but hi sed that i can not use it ther.

The location and the reception staff was really nice.

The hotel could use some renovation. As there is a Spa facility it would makes sense to have a hair dryer in the room not only one in the lockers room. The Spa and pool was dirty and not renovated for ages. The first day the water in the pool and Hot tub was ok but on the next day it was cold. When we asked the person if he could increase the temperature he said that he can’t and we would get used to the water. The other thing that we asked as outside was 12 degrees was the same person to close the windows. It took us 4 calls to the reception and 1 hour to achieve that.The staff in the restaurant are cool and if you are fan of BBQ you can find really nice things.

Spotlessly clean. Very nice location with beautiful nature. OK breakfast.

The price is a bit more premium than the place. Not that it's particularly bad. It has been renovated, but still feels a bit cheap, and the price does not reflect this.

The location is awesome. There are options for summer and winter sport activities which is very good in the mountain. The food in the restaurant is very simple but delicious. There is a tavern with more types of local food. But the issue there is that all drinks are in can. Nothing in a glass bottle neither a draft beer. But it is veeeery cosy and warm place with a real fireplace.

The facilities looks like 20 years old at least. The floor in the rooms is very dirty. There are a lot of issues in the rooms and bathroom like stuck sink and tub. The heater controller in one of the bedrooms was broken and we couldn’t lower the heating. The TV didn’t receive even a regular quality of signal to be able to watch any tv.

Overall Im happy with my stay, most of the staff was nice.Our rooms were kept in order.Good location.Good base but it need improvement.Very polite receptionists which always helped when asked.(Thank you for sending the things we forgot back)

The staff at the restaurant!We stayed there for 6 days and each day it was progressively harder to get food.Most of the staff at the restaurant don’t know what they are doing.One day at lunch we waited for 30 minutes to just to get a menu.(This is NOT OK especially when you have kids)One of the evenings the supposed DJ was blasting music so loud at 9pm that we couldn’t hear ourselves and I politely asked him to lower it but he refused with a smirk on his face.Im sorry but I feel like the manager also didn’t take the proper actions after we couldn’t take it anymore.Food and drinks being forgotten, wrong things being brought, raw meat being served it was a constant struggle!

Great location with short walks in Rhodope mountain. Friendly staff.

The receptionist was super. We had a good laugh. Staff overall was nice.

The mattress was really bad. I blocked my back a bit after one night on them. Cleanliness could have been a bit better.

spacious rooms, nice views, our pet received a warm welcome, food was good, adequate spa and pool, friendly staff.

Nice location in the forest. Close by there is a farm for deers (so cute) and stable for horses. The food in the restaurant is prepared with products from hotel own farm and it's fresh organic and extremely delicious. The best potato chips I ever have. The staff is very kind and polite.

The shower cabin is too small. The swimming pool was not working as it's under repair. They gave us a compliment because of that, as it was not made known (this is not a minus, actually)

Location is great, close to Plovdiv but still in a remote and peaceful location.

Pool was moldy, jacuzzi was broken, bathroom in the room was also slightly moldy. Staff, especially in the restaurants were not very friendly.

Sauna and jacuzzi did not work. There is no horse riding trips offered

The location is awesome, the hotel is somewhat renovated but most importantly it was clean. Food was fresh and delicious.

The hotel offers horse rides but u can't book more than 2 horses at a time because they don't have enough people to gide the horses. We are a family of 3 and one had to stay behind so we didn't ride horses even though I was looking forward to it. The mini golf course was not well maintained but they charge you 6 lv per 1 stick+ball.

The hotel is alright , 3 starts seems appropriate. The food was good. The best part is that there are little deers just next to the hotel. The evenings are nice to escape from the city heat.

The spa wasn’t very nice, the water in the hot tub wasn’t hot at all. The worst part was the attitude of the people in the restaurant and the house music ?!

Pets are allowed. The staff was friendly and professional. The dinner at the restaurant was great.

Too many kids running around the hotel until midnight, screaming and jumping in the pool. Below average spa facilities and pool. Cereal at breakfast was old and stale. The stairs in front of the hotel were frozen and slippery.

I like everything in the hotel. In the hotel was very hot,the staff was very friendly, the food was amazing. I had amazing time whit my family ❤

Amazing food! Home-made organic food cooked the right way. The facility is very clean and warm during winter period. Staff is very friendly. Large variety of facilities like tennis court, swimming pool, sky and table tennis.
