Pros +
- Free access to the aquapark (indoor and outdoor pools, dry and steam sauna) in the same building. Grill dinner (on Thursday) was very good. There's also (paid) spa on the first floor. Friendly staff. Ample on-site parking. Great location close to the main park.

Cons -
- Food is very fatty, few lean options and in general few options to choose from with almost no variety. E.g. Asian dinner (with sushi advertised on the promotional materials) is actually Thai soup and meat in some asian sauce and spring rolls, otherwise it's the same as every other dinner, no sushi. Mexican dinner is tortillas covered with some mayonnaise-based sauce, and some chili con carne swimming in oil, otherwise the same as every other day. No way of tasting Mexican food while avoiding excess fat and grease. I liked the grill dinner on Thursday though. In the müsli section at breakfast there's some granola, dried apricots, seeds and nuts, but no oat flakes which I consider kind of basic and a must-have.Mattresses were a bit too soft for my taste.
- small beds... sorry, but i was afraid, i will fell down.
- Restaurant is not to friendly. Not a hotel bar. This in restaurant is open only to 2 PM

Restaurant is not to friendly. Not a hotel bar. This in restaurant is open only to 2 PM
Reception and Spa staff are very accommodating and attentive.Breakfast waiting on staff on 29/10 very friendly, especially blond short hair lady ( sorry don't know her name), nothing was too much trouble for her.
Nescafe coffee sachets/ no milk Ucomfortable wooden benches in salt grotto.
Kudowa-Zdroje is nice and the hotel is well located.
Unfriendly people at the reception, with very limited knowledge of foreign languages (we speak English, French, German and Czech / the hotel is located less than 5 km from the Czech Republic), but also without real will to use something else than Polish). Family rooms under the roof, with only Velux windows and half of the room quite low. Pool's surrounding was very slippery. Pool crowded as opened to the public
The location is really beautiful.
The behaviour of receptionists was very rude. She didn´t want to speak in English, that´s why there were several misunderstanding. All the notices in the hotel were just in polish.
- fantastic location,- great facilities within the pool area,- cleanliness,- exceptional SPA - great customer service, fantastic massages, - very nice breakfast, - staff was welcoming and polite,
Nice ,clean facilities
I would expect in 4 star hotel staff to speak English ,at least some . Nothing was explained to us on arrival as receptionist did not speak english, actually none of the reception staff spoke English. Same problem in spa facilities ,staff spoken no English. Real shame because the hotel was nice but would not go back again
Clean , location and facilities. Very nice hotel with amazing breakfast!
Sauna area needs a place to relax.
new and clean
very unfriendly staff. way too expensive
The Location was perfect. Walking distance to all attractions. Many choices for breakfast however the restaurant was very crowded during breakfast time. The swimming pool was nice and clean and enjoyable.
The service was poor. When we asked for wine glasses and bottle opener to be provided in the room, we were told we need to purchase it. Unacceptable in high rated hotel. Staff was not friendly, nor helpful. Even though the room was very small, the air conditioning wasn’t able to cool it down. The bathroom tails were cracked and the shower head broken. Totally not what we expected from the 4star, advertised as the best resort in Kudowa Zdroj.
we were happy with all the facilities, the personnel, the food
Location, breakfast, room equipment, cleaning
Early closure of the the swimming pool area (open until 21:45)
We liked the pool/ spa area. Lifeguards were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok but nothing special.
Attitude of reception staff very arrogant, body language can easily tell these ladies are not very happy… only one young lady with dark hair who helped us move to different room was friendly and professional. We didn’t like our 1st room on the 2nd floor, it was more like wardrobe with double bed inside… Tiny! Bathroom was outdated with broken toilet seat and leaking shower + during 1st night I’ve seen insects running around. It was disgusting… When making the booking we’ve asked for room on the 5th floor and after complaining about conditions in room we’ve been given on the 2nd floor, we’ve been eventually moved to 5th floor and that room was a lot better, bigger and at least no insects in the bathroom! Bathroom itself still outdated and shower was broken/ leaking water but we decided not to say anything more… Nobody cared to ask us how was our stay during checkout after 5 nights so it looks like it was a good decision not to waste any more breath… One more thing - opposite the hotel looking towards the main road there is another property with flats I believe, people who live there like loud trance music so if you don’t mind listening to techno in the middle of the night, throughout the night and even still at 10am, this hotel room facing front, more less in the middle and 2nd or 3rd floor is your perfect spot!!
Location and the pool/spa facilities
Lack of customer focus. I felt just a number not a valuable customer.

Side stairs to pools were dirty, not cleaned in 3 days.
