The young receptionist and waiter were pleasant and spoke good English. The linens were spotless. The park grounds were nice.

The room deodorant was overwhelming and uncomfortable. The room was too warm for sleeping with the only window opening to the busy courtyard. During the week, the swimming pool and jacuzzi opened at 14:00.

Easy to find. Safe car parking. Excellent facilities. Room clean & comfortable, refurbished room & entire facility throughout.Perfect stopover travelling to Germany. Grounds of the palace are superb, enchanted wood to walk through skirting fields of blue linseed, small pond running through. A small lake & seating in the sun in the grounds. Excellent for dogs & family as well as business travellers like us. Outside kiddies play area in sand, hammocks, outdoor bbq stand next to the lake. A giant oak tree a sight to see...Restuarant a delight, bfast plentiful, good choice set in a beautiful old, high ceiling, stately room. Overall stay highly recommended.I have to give the staff of the restuarant a particular merit. The food & service was really excellent, local produce. I tried the duck fillets, my wife the stuffed chicken. June, 2024.

Next to the highway.Tasty self-serve breakfast.There is a pool, jacuzzi and steam bath.The steambath could use some pleasant smell essences, however.

The hotel hallways are dark and gloomy, some of the lights were not working.The bed was with springs and extremely uncomfortable. Had a really poor sleep.

Lots of space. Itravelled with 2 dogs so the garden was very good!The spa pool was very good though I didnt use it.

Rooms lacked character.

Comfortable rooms, a lot of space and a balcony. Cozy Spa area, big outside area for evening walks. Very quit environment.

Our room smelled from cleaning products and it wasn’t possible to get rid of it even when opened a window.The common areas were quite dirtyThe curtains were quite thin so the room very light which makes it difficult to sleep during summer

Warm cozy rooms, great food at the restaurant, good sauna.

Swimming pool was too cold, but it’s just my subjective opinion.

We've had an amazing 1 night stay at the Palace with the whole family (Baby + Dog) and it was very comfortable for all of us. The facilities were great and the staff very friendly and helpful, honestly both my partner and I think it was the best value for money Hotel/Spa stay we have ever had. The morning breakfast was delicious and ha many option including amazing local cheese pancakes, a perfect sweet finish to our breakfast along side a coffee. We will definitely rest and recharge at the Spa again on our future travels through Europe! Thank you very much :)

Size of the room, facilities and pool with jakuzzi

Stuff is friendly, spa is fine as well. The surroundings are perfect!the restaurant’s dinners are great (my advice is risotto).

it seems like hotel is trying to save money in everything it does - the heating wasn’t working, saunas are opening from 4pm only. breakfasts were rathe good but with really cheap bread and no vegetarian options.

If you can request for a room far from the kids play area, please do so... too loud! Running in the lobby back and forth, so if you need peace.... sorry you will not have it , i paid 40zl per night for dog no bowls no bed, room is not spacious too . Breakfast is OK not excellent

Great place to spend the weekend and relax. English speaking staff, comfortable and spacious room. Swimming pool and jacuzzi are really nice. Restaurant propose excellent dishes for a fair price. Overall very satisfied

Finnish sauna is open only in the afternoon, and for late arrivals, no access for it.
