Good location, close to a supermarket, burger bar. Deluxe room was huge, nice large TV. Breakfast was okay.
Staff fairly ignorant and it’s the first time I’ve stayed in a hotel across the world with no curtains. when I asked at reception I just got a shrug and explained they “didn’t have them”. No apology forthcoming and a terrible sleep due to this.
It was our engagement anniversary and they put flower petals on the bed which was nice. Staff are nice
It was really hot in the room and the fan they provided us was like a tiny office table fan, wifi didn't work in the room, probably cause they gave us room on the top floor right on the corner so may be avoid that. The shower head was broken.
Great restaurant...Silesian local dishes. Breakfast with lots of choices
Breakfast and staff !
Rooms were cold , heating not working , shower very slowly working . Ordered room with bath but got with shower.
