Beautiful position; lovely common spaces; excellent service and very good food

The view from the window was spectacular once you looked beyond service buildings on left and the excellent but ugly solar panels on the right.

I urge you not to get a massage here, especially if you are female.

Unfortunately there was a serious incident where my wife was indecently assaulted during a massage at this property. The staff and management did not take this seriously and did nothing to rectify this - instead choosing to say that my wife lied about the situation. When I reported this to the staff they laughed and shrugged it off. Even after the police were called to the property they did not take this seriously. My wife and I spent 2 hours the next day at the police station giving official statement. My wife is understandably emotionally damaged by this situation and we received nothing but grief from the hotel staff when reporting it.It is absolutely shocking that in this day an age an allegation like this is not taken seriously.If you are considering staying here please reconsider and please do not get a massage as it is not safe.

Location. Free parking. Good breakfast.

Small room and bathroom. No air-condition. Poor wifi. No twin bed.

outdoor pool was adequate, the sort you'd have in your own garden, however, there were no silly restrictions and it was quite adequate for 2 - 4 people to gently swim or float around; I guess if it was winter time the pool would not be in use. Breakfast was superb with plenty of choice, hot or cold. Dining facilities were great - a large restaurant + a large conservatory. The grounds of the hotel were superb and very safe.

Staff were not exactly brimming over with friendliness and helpfulness. We waited 30 minutes for our dinner on Saturday evening (only about five families in the restaurant and they had already eaten); hubby ordered burger and fries and I ordered a small salad. Hubby would say his meal was worth the wait but I wouldn't say the same for my salad. No aircon in the rooms which made sleeping very difficult. Polish summers are notoriously hot but no aircon anywhere.

the family rooms were spacious, the food (breakfast and dinner) was delicious, the restaurant design was welcoming, the staff was very helpful and engaged.

A nice location near forests, a cave, rocks and castles. You can also rent out bikes for the day. The bed was very comfortable and the food we had for dinner was very tasty! The reception staff were also very friendly and helpful.

Very nice hotel with a unique location right next to a scenic park and trails. The spa is not large but also very nice - the whole hotel is very clean and has a unique vibe of tranquility.

Varied breakfasts, very good dinners menu, nice atmosphere, great location. Excellent spa massage, so comfortable jacuzzi area and great sauna rooms.Very nice and professional male staff (waiters).
