Hotel Pamela Concept

The room was outstanding, spacious, with a very comfortable bed. The Mexican restaurant was attractive, offering a good breakfast selection that included both Mexican dishes and standard items, such as a continental breakfast (we left right after breakfast, so I can't comment on the rest). The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The aircon was right next to the bed at the hight of the bed so blowing straight at you from a 5cm distance

Stayed in room 125. Very cozy hand painted walls.....Wonderfull Magdalena from reception promptly provided us a needed T-type 2 way electric adapter.

Stayed in room 125. There is only one electric outlet and you can either use minibar or TV.Walls are kind of dark blueish and the lighning in the room is poor for the night, but we didn't care.

We stayed for one night. It is a cleaner and quiet place. Great breakfast.

We booked the hotel few hours before arrival and there wasn’t any problem. There is a restaurant next to the hotel and breakfast was included. Private parking was the nice bonus.

The hotel is totally refurbished! It has a new vibe and the rooms are very cozy and quite spacious.The staff is very welcoming and kind.

The air conditioning was a bit smelly, but ok overall, it worked.

breakfast was kind of small but for me - perfect! The restaurant in general is really worth it! The room was nice, clean, big. There was a pool, a gym, a bar, everything you want! It was really nice :)

Rooms are nicely designed. You feel pleasent and confortable. Sutff was very friendly and brrakfast was tasty.

There wasn't hot water, it was just normal temperature. For us it was ok to take a shower as we used on this. But for some other guests this might be a priblem.

Staff is very helpful and polite.Our room was big, cozy, with everything we needed.

May get a bit noisy from the restaurand and nearby petrol station in the late evening and night.Breakfast this year was huge dissapointment.

Hotel exceeded our expectation, nice staff, perfect room (with sauna !) both in size and execution. Pool was an additional extra, well kept, perfectly clean, ideal. Reastaurant next door was also a gift. I can only advise.

The only thing to remark but maybe only for us, that the matress was very soft. At least a medium would have been better but really that's it.

The breakfast was very very poor. No vegetables or water, no warm food, just 2 pieces of ham, 2 pieces of cheese, 2 eggs, some olives, butter, jam, chocolate, a croissant and coffe. If you want water you need to pay extra. The lunch from the restaurant downstairs was ok.

The room was very comfortable and clean. I stayed there with my family only one night, but the stay was very pleasent. There was enough space in the room for 4 of us. The pool was open till 20h and kids had great time in the pool, while we were relaxing on sun beds near pool. Breakfast was very nice - we took continental breakfast with juice and coffee. There is a mexican restaurant within hotel and it was very good for dinner. The stuff was very nice and helpfull. We will come back for sure.

Great food and great pool :) Clean and staff are very friendly. There’s a nice park with slides relatively close to the hotel, very good when with toddlers ;)

It's a good place to spend a night when transiting. The hotel is very close to the motorway but not as close as to be disturbed by the traffic. The rooms are large, clean and air conditioned. The food at the restaurant is good and prices are ok. We stay here for a night whenever we go to / return from Greece.
