Hotel Victoria

A large hotel which is very convenient with ample parking for through traffic. The Lobby and reception area was large with lots of seating . The reception staff were very pleasant and did the best to be helpful.

I upgraded the room however it was at the end of corridor and Internet never worked. The receptionist was most helpful and was easy to log onto when next to routers but the room seemed to be in dead zone. The toilet in bathroom was dirty with calcium stains and shower bracket was broken. Breakfast was no more than adequate with no staff to be seen.

Clean and lot of space

The air conditioning wasn’t working well even after many hours it’s was cold in the room

The room was spacious and very clean. We stayed just one night, but was perfect.

Spacious rooms, facilities of the building.

High level of noise due to main road proximity. Shower cabin is very small.Poor breakfast.

Very poor breakfast in a cold and uncosy resto. Lack of choise, cold coffee, no fresh tea. No yohurt, no fresh fruit (except for pears,.....)

The noisy fridge in the room. No fitness facilities, shower in state of deterioration, Uncosy white light in the room. The light on the nightstand in very poor condition. Only one blanket on the bed and no spare blanket in the closet.

Clean Room and bed, fresh towels

No english at the Front Desk, room very warm, shower Not good, breakfast was Not good

Room size, very quite, next to the regionale motor way…

Breakfast was super bad…

Hotel was situated bit out of town itself but still in a walking distance of center. Location makes it very peaceful and quiet. Breakfast was otherwise really good but no any kind of fruits available. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Extra big plus for really clean totally fragrance free hotel. Neither corridors, rooms, bed linen nor towels were washed with perfumed detergent and one super allergic member of our group was totally symptom free during our stay.

Some fruits for breakfast.

Convenient location, nice balcony and good sized room. The reception staff were friendly and helpful

Noisy beds!. Had a twin room. The shower door did not close properly and the Internet did not work well. This may have been a case of bad timing, the staff advised that normally it's very good. Just after arrival there was a quite a thunderstorm which flooded the main road quickly, this may have been a factor. A reset didn't improve it sadly.

Clean, spacious room

Poor Breakfast, guest hard to communicate with

Bed was good and comfy. Good value for the money.

Fridge was turned off.

The staff is very friendly and helpful

The breakfast isn't the same as a few years ago. Now they count the slices of cheese and ham and you receive exaclty one for every person. And no fruits and no desert.

No place to eat nearby

Nice staff

It's on the motorway
