The room was very stylish and cozy. The bed was comfortable, and we enjoyed the view from our terrace. There is also a fireplace, which we were unable to use, as it was mid summer, but I bet it would be super romantic to have it in the winter.The complex is very beautiful, it has a great panoramic view of the surrounding mountains and river. The garden was very big and picturesque. There is also a pool, a field and a restaurant.We had a breakfast and a dinner, and the food was delicious and at reasonable prices. In addition to that the restaurant has a great atmosphere both inside and outside, where you could enjoy the nice weather.The staff was super friendly and helpful.On top of all, the region itself is panoramic and quiet, so you can really rest and relax.Overall we are super happy by the place and we will visit once again most definitely.

Great place by the river, ideal to enjoy nature. Great choice if you want to visit all cities nearby (the iconic Metsovo, Giannena, Grevena).I loved the fact that the facilities are accessible, although in the mountain They also had biiig towels which is something that I usually don't find in hotels.Also great hospitality from people in the reception.

We weren't able to leave the balcony doors open at night cause a lot of bugs and insects would come in. I would love it if balcony doors had window sieves cause the mountain air was so refreshing

There is no words for the facilities accommodation and view it was excellent, but the most important thing was that we discover the hospitality of the staff! Thank you mr for the warm and friendly hospitality. The spa accommodation was top, very clean and in the best condition

the fireplace needs cleaning. we lit up a fire and we could not sleep well because the smoke was not exiting properly.

A bit overpriced for what it offers. Our room needed soundproofing as we could hear people from the next room or the corridor. There were many windows in the room with no blinds which means that light was in the room from early morning. The toilet and the shower had automated lights which means that often they were off and you had to Tai Chi to get them back on!

Amazing scenery, amazing design. The rooms were very clean and stylish. Food is great and the staff is very polite and friendly. I recommend it with all my heart.

its a beautiful hotel in a beautiful area not that far from Metsovo and about an hour from Ioannina. the owner is an excellent host and polite. the hotel offers everything you need for some excellent holidays in the nature. great breakfast, nice relaxing sitting rooms the woodwork is beautiful in combination with the stones and best of all private spa area! excellent New Years Eve holidays with my partner! thanks for everything.

An excellent hotel at a beautiful location. The rooms, the decoration, the cleanness, the service were all exceptional. All the common areas (restaurant, cafeteria) were beautifully decorated for Christmas. Mr. Efthimis was happily providing anything we requested and mostly all the necessary information about the attractions in the area. The breakfast and the food was excellent and very reasonably priced. We stayed only two nights, but we will certainly go back again soon. I strongly recommend it for families as well as couples.

This is an amazing treasure! Wonderful wooden building in Greek mountains on the shore of the river creates an amazing atmosphere. A lot of attention is put on the details - we loved the decorations, the lamps, and clever touches here and there. The food in the restaurant and at breakfast was great and the service was hospitable and friendly. Well recommended for a relaxing time in the nature!

The scenery where the place is located is wonderful. The materials used for the buildings, the design all give the feeling of another era. Room was spacious and very clean. The host who is mainly running the place is everywhere (like he knows where he should be all the time). The restaurant and bar was very convenient although we only had breakfast there and not dinner. Breakfast was sufficient (nothing extraordinary). The host has drawn a custom map to assist you where to go and what to see. Ask him about it!!!

the design, the materials (especially from outside), the Heating equipment, the view from the terrace. the window close to the bed is quite nice. we didnt interacted too much with the host but as much as we did it it was nice. even the gentleman dose not speak English too good he is very pleasant and he makes efforts.

the noise in the morning. even the location is one of the quietest, that is for nothing if you wake up at 9am with loud construction noises. so normally is quite and you can charge your battery because this is why you run from the city and they start working at 9am on a Saturday exactly above our room. I understand probably is not the season yet and they didnt had time to prepare, but if they have to work in a Saturday morning they should at least be considerate and to put us in a different room. probably they said it is ok because we stay only one night but since we were driving 1500 km it was very important for us to sleep in quite. the fact that on Booking doesnt say its not an non stop reception. it says check in can be done after 14:00. but not until what hour. so the reception is closed late in the night. fortunately, the staff was very kind and they were ok to answer the phone at 2 am and open the door forus. quite small room and bathroom (not a big problem for the room but for the bathroom, if you are a big guy like me, it will not be comfortable to use the shower).not the most comfortable bed and pillows but overall was ok. the blanket was not in a sheet. it was the sheet and than the blanket above so not comfortable at all. you pay for the outside design and for the mountain location because there are not to many options in the are. otherwise, the comfort inside doesnt worth 75 euro/night.

Amazing place, very polite stuff. Beautiful, clean and warm place. I would recommended it to anybody. I never have been in more cozy place. I loved the attitude of the owner and the lady. Excellent food and amazing nature.

It was a clean apartment.

The description of "large double room" was completely fake. A small room in the attic, without fridge, with no room to place the luggages, no wardrobe. The price and the rating did not respond at all. No windows, no balcony with only air condition for heating. I am taking for room no 15

Poor internet connection and filth in the river which I understand is not the responsibility of the hotel but it 'd be nice to be looked after since it adds to the beauty of the hotel and the customer experience
