Location food location location location

Difficult to communicate sometimes Did not know what language to address the staff, as we don't speak Hungarian. In the end use your hands if needed ?

This is a great place to stay. It is next to the Aquarius baths and pools, the tremendous zoo, and the other walking areas. We love this location. The hotel was very nice. Food was always very good for breakfast and dinner. There is a bus stop if you want to ride it into the city. Plenty of parking was available.

The location was great — close to the zoo and aquapark.The staff were helpful; a lady kindly waited for us to arrive.Quiet neighborhood.

Only one employee was able to communicate in English.The air conditioning was poor.Breakfast options were very limited.There was an unpleasant smell in the room.We were surprised by the check-in timeframe — it was unlike anything we've encountered before

The hotel has a great location and superb breakfast (on the weekends) because on Monday we were the only guest. Breakfast was still good and plentiful but the buffet style on the weekend was also pleasing to the eye. The room was nice and good size.

They were renovating the hotel but it is only temporary.

The location is great, close to both the Aquarius aqua park and the zoo.The breakfast was included in the price and it was really good.They have parking right in front of the hotel and we left the car there, since the 2 main attractions are at a walking distance.

It was quite cold in the room and we didn't really figure out how to stop the AC

We like the location, very close to the zoo and the aquapark. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The staff was nice and spoke English. Quiet place, very pleasant for a couple of days. You can stay on the terrace late. The hotel has a free parking.

We didn’t like the breakfast - poor, the bread wasn’t fresh and the coffee was bad. Otherwise we ate dinner at the hotel and it was good, delicious. Still, the same dish on different days was differently cooked.

The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. The food at the restaurant delicious. The room clean and the beds comfortable. The hotel is located very near the ZOO in a quiet area. The parking right in front of the hotel. Highly recommended when visiting the ZOO.

The rooms in the attic are very hot during the summer and the AC does not work.

We were 2 families, one had a great experience and another had an awful experience. I had the room at the first floor, my friends were having a room in the attic. Our room was nice and pretty cool during the day and night, but our friends room was very hot and the AC was not working - they had a bad time. They wiil definitely not recommend the location. Also the price is very high (comparable to 5 stars in Dubai)

Really great location, close to the main attractions and zoo. The staff was friendly, comfortable beds. For families with kids, there is a park right across the street. Breakfast and cleaning were satisfying enough.

The breakfast in the 2nd morning was way poorer, but we had the basics. Cappuccino was like cocoa, didn't taste like coffee at all. The cleaning could be a little bit improved. There was dust on the shelfs in the restaurants, a few missing items in the room's fridge. The soap dispenser in the shower was empty. No slippers or bathrobe in a 4 stars hotel.

Good Breakfast, perfect for work related trips. Nice place to stay with nice restaurants and bars.The rooms were good with nice showers, fridge, Standard rooms but, perfect. The hotel personnel was very nice and helpful.

A bit older Hotel but that's Fine. The food is good and the rooms are clean.

When I was to have the breakfast, the staff hasn't prepared anything for the breakfast and furthermore, was staying in front of the hotel and smoking( whole staff) without to pay any interest to the customers.

Bad

Though they confirmed my check in time(23:00-00:00), the didn't open the hotel and didn't answered my calls. I had to drive 100 km away to find an open hotel. Shame on you!

The hotel itself looks very impressive and imposing. The breakfast was good, the location is perfect to reach the Zoo and also there is a beautiful park with a lake nearby. Would come again.

The kingbed was built by two separate single beds so it was a bit uncomfortable. Our room was right above the staff's smoking and chilling area, with open window in the morning it was a bit noisy.

The hotel is perfectly located, very close to all major attractions in the area. The interior of the hotel is nice, and the breakfast is good.

There was noise in the room coming, probably, from the central conditioning system. One of the lampshades was torn and covered with dust, and there were only bath towels in the room (no hand ones). Also, there was a constant and surprising lack of tea spoons in the restaurant during the breakfast. The staff does not seem to be always competent enough. Overall, the hotel does not correspond to a four-star level and is obviously overpriced.

Big rooms, nice breakfast, AC, location

Room service did not come to clean our room during our 5 day stay. Only changed the towels.

Excellent location, just in between The Aquarius and the Zoo garden. 5 min to each location. Friendly staff, a true 4* location, large rooms, excellent breakfast.

We stayed there for 3 days, and we had to ask to pick up at least the garbage, because nobody passed over to do the cleaning. Even if they have a very nice restaurant, the program is very complicated: open for breakfast, and they close after. The facility is open again later from 4 pm to 9 pm.

Breakfast was really bad: at 9.20 wasn't any food and personal did not do anything to fix the situation.

Large room!

The restaurant was dirty. Food remains on the floor was visible from the night before. Baby chair was not cleaned for a long time. Tablecloth was cleanly not changed frequently enough. Water leakage on the floor multiple days. Breakfast buffet had decorative vegetable elements that had huge mold spots on them. The rooms bathroom had no shower gel in the shower fel dispenser. Wifi was very weak in the most expensive suite of the hotel. Staff was not overly attentive to the guests, except the housekeeping maids
