Pros +
- Unique resort on top of a mountain in Tirol-Bavarian mountains. Large property with many amenities that are included in a stay- Breakfast+Dinner buffet, 5 pools, Huge Spa complex (no extra fee, unless ordering a treatment) New Gym, Tennis in/outdoor
- a Picture Perfect Location in Tirol Mountains - excellent, clean amenities that include a spa, multiple pools, nice modern gym, horse back riding and children¿s program with each stay. The single big problem is Reception Desk staff w/ unfriendly service
- Big room with nice balcony, bath and shower. Tasty food. Few pools for different preferences. Big playground.
Cons -
- Peternhof Reception staff (3-4 native ladies) not friendly and not welcoming to guest of this 4star resort that they try hard to show off. Poor language and hospitality skills. Reception staff is the only and main problem of this resort.
- Would not book it again due to Reception Desk staff rude and not friendly to guests. maybe it is in their local blood not to smile, not to say hello, and job description- not to welcome guests. The restaurant staff is International & much better.
- Breakfast food choice could be wider. Not enough place near the pool, it was not so easy to find a free spot.
