Excellent value for money hotel just above the bierstube but quiet, own parking, good breakfast, wud stay again if in the area

The location can not be better, this is the best spot on the town, one of the rooms was removated and very pleasant, the breakfast is served be the owner and besides the limited options those are delicious and warm bread in the morning is highly appreciated.

I need first to set clear we were there on our moving out process from the country, after the moving company pack our house for the move. so we know the area, the sorrounds, the language, etc. Due to the lack of Family Rooms (2 parents + 2 Kids) nothing exceptional, I made an explicit request to have next door rooms, and this was completely the opposite, we got rooms in opposite sides of the building. we know the laguage but I saw every sign in German, I dont know how is expected in a hotel for the guests to understand the directions signs and instructions if is only in german, I think the customer service should be improved masively. from the beggining there is expected to know everything. in the restaurant the waitress was out of sense, complained about any question, we had issus from the beggining I ask about where to sit, and she said where you want, about the food and she only said to eat here, to drink outside. only when we ask for the menu and alreadz drink outside, she said, to eat we need to sit inside, and even so she was not happy, and bringing the food almost trowing the plates on us on the table. for this reason we decide to to eat there for the rest of the week,on 1 week there was no soap on the restaurant bathrooms, I hope the Workers dont use this bathrooms during working hours. on the rooms, we never got tempo/klennex, the cleaning lady told us there were not arrived. one room was fully renovated but the otherone was clearly old with mold on the shower, and the sealing from it was leaking a lot of wather,

The shower in the room is fantastic. And the room is ok big for two. The restaurant belonging to hotel was ok.

The pillows were uncomfortable. Our room bordered an inner courtyard in which a few locals were loud until 1am in morning. There is no airco in the room so it became very hot. No tea/coffee in the room, no fridge. And the town itself is totally dead. On a saturday the streets are empty, the few restaurants no customers.

The Location was in the Center of Kösching, the internet was good and the personal was nice

Spacious clean rooms, very nice accommodating staff, and a good restaurant just down stairs. Plus when you walk out there's a nice old square and church

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Price/Quality very good. Good beers and food and the perfect place to stop if you are on route.

Close to autobahn in beautiful surroundings for a run & dinner

Comfortable, renewed room, good basic breakfast, very nice, calm neighbourhood, and good food in the restaurant. We can recommend nearby playground by the stream.

The smoke from cigarettes is entering the building and you can smell it on the corridors. Fortunately we didn't smell it in our room. There was no air-conditioning and it was difficult to sleep because of the heat.

The location was great in the middle of the town, the room was big ang modern. The breakfast was included.

Nice building with wooden interior, spacious room and all very clean. Parking was available behind the building and it is well placed with lots of food outlets in a pretty town.

We booked online after 3pm, our confirmation from booking.com stated booking in time as 16.00 to 20.30pm. However when we arrived at 5.50 the hotel was closed so we waited until 6pm. The hotel did not open, we made contact several times by phone and messaging and got no reply. Two hours later and only with the help from some local people who were tenacious in seeking a resolution for us contact was made. They spoke to someone in the cafe across the road who knew the hotel was on Facebook, they gave the Manager a call and in 20 minutes he arrived. He was not very pleased stating that Booking in finished at 3pm, despite the confirmation from Booking.com stating otherwise. He gave us a key and we found an information sheet in the room which stated Sonn und Feiertage: 09.00 to 18.00. No offer of food and within 15 minutes he was gone again, with no staff in the building what would have happened in an emergency? The hotel was also left insecure as the back door was left unlocked.

Hotel is located in historical building. Stuff is very helpful and nice. Location just in front of rathaus. One minute walking to bus station.

Staff was very friendly, food in the restaurant was very good. And the beer tasted also very good.
