Breakfast could be more varies

Modern and clean.

Breakfast is OK. Gym area not up to much.

The location, wanted to visit the Audi museum and this was a good location for for that There were 4 AC charging ports, which is very convenient. Only need to download an app and pay like that. Restaurant, Greek, was convenient and tasted good. Plenty of parking.

Nothing actually. All was good.

Very pleasant stay for me and my German Shepherd dog. I liked the comfortable bed and very good buffet breakfast. I even enjoyed their fitness room

During my stay the most of hotel guests seemed to be from some Central Asian countries and they had a bit suspicious look

A great hotel with modern design and the latest technology. The rooms are very clean, high-quality, and inviting. The breakfast buffet is lovingly prepared and offers a great selection. All staff members were consistently friendly and attentive. A big plus: there is a Greek restaurant on the ground floor with excellent food. Highly recommended!

Limited breakfast options, not willing to help staff.If you want to have more choice of breakfast, you need to be at 6:30 and not 8:15.Staff nit willing to help, very dissapoiting for 3 star hotel.

It is located in a techno park not the best for holiday visitor more suited for business trip in the vicinity

There was big insect flying in the room. We couldn’t catch it so had to sleep together ?

Great facilities and location to major motorways and is perfect for one night . The restaurant linked to the hotel. The staff were friendly.

Inner courtyard area where people could sit meant you could literally follow conversations into the middle of the night! For a deluxe room there were no facilities to make tea or coffee which was possible down in the reception.

My recent stay at the Intergroup Business & Design Hotel in Ingolstadt was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and eager to assist with any needs. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and throughout my stay, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction.

Good location

Air conditioner barely functional so too hot to sleep, found bugs in rolm

- Average hotel (doesn’t deserve 4 star hotel) and nice and friendly staff (especially Mr. Ibraheem).- Smooth and quick check out.

- Long time check in (it took around 20 min).- Two separate rooms, and my kids were far from my room.- Limited options for breakfast.- Noisy at night.- The air conditioning didn’t work for a night (no one informed us about the problem).

I liked that it was opposite my warehouse I had to visit. E charging station for my car

No service, breakfast room unattended und buffet prepared without any passion or care. Apples in the fruit basket were rotten. The stuff was sitting outside smoking and reading the newspapers without taking care what's going on inside the hotel.All floor edgings were missing, looked awful.Backwards behind the building all was still construction place and messed up ( you go there when charging your car)

The breakfast had everything one would expect. The room was tidy and ready. When I made the booking I sent a message to the property with a personal request and I immediately received an answer from the manager that it was granted... At the check in the lady there (I believe her name is Mariam) was very helpful and made the whole process easier... I needed some information and the night receptionist (Brahim) was also very helpful and eager to assist. In a word, the staff really would go the extra mile to make your stay with no hassle.

I wished there were more food options like more restaurants. Currently there is only one and it's not run by the hotel.

Room was really spacious and clean. Food in restaurant was tasty.

Only lack glasses and water at room, it would be really nice to have it there. But there was water, coffee and tea next to the reception.

The breakfast is quite simple

Breakfast was very good, planty of choices. Coffee was average.Big advantage was the restaurant. Delicious food. However, we have to wait almost 2 hours (in the room) for the table. I understand, it was Saturday and this restaurant was popular (what means people value it high).Anyway, the staff was very kind and helpful, they did their best. Nice restaurant.

We stayed twice on the way „to” and „back” the ski-week. Despite we booked family room, the smell in the room excluded overnight stay. It happened again on the way back home. Everytime the staff member tried to convince us that there is no smell (just the smell of air freshener), but finally we got 2 smaller rooms instead of the family one. They have only one family room (to avoid !).

I got the corner room: 215 in November while outside temperature was -2 Celsius. They try to save on heating and so it is turned off if you leave your room. When I entered my room it was 18 degrees cold. Heating was set to 26 still it was unable to heat up the room till the morning to more than 19 Celsius. So I had to sleep in cold.Also there was an issue with warm water: there was no warm water so I had to take cold shower in 18 Celsius cold. You can imagine how horrible this is.On top of all this their central phone was unavailable in the night so I could not get immediate help.Next day the offered another room, which wa sbetter but heating was still very weak.The breakfast is very basic.Also there was clearly audible banging noise of the top floor occupants as they walked around their floors.

Very good place for short stay. Currently renovating. Clean.
