Loud walking was hard on the 3rd floor in the morning. In the morning we woke up to sounds

I did not see any positives in this hotel

There was an unpleasant smell in the hotel room,also there was a very noisy party at night, really not suitable for families with children. It was difficult to communicate with the administrator in English. There was no dryer in the room.

Ok rooms. We liked the playroom for the kids and the big pooltable.

We went to the spa to spend a rainy day indoors with pool and stuff for the kids. Unfortunaly the spa was closed when we were there. The information that the spa was closed was only in latvian on Booking.com so it was hard for us to know.

Convenient location

Paper walls, there is water boiler in the room, but not a single cup. No water provided

Great location near the see, kids playroom was nice and also some good other activities for adults like air hockey, billiard.

Room was more used as I would like. Door handle for wc was coming out and could be some stuck in the bathroom situation. TV was gone in our room but had some in next door room. Swimming pool was closed.

Friendly staff, kids play room, several tables to play pool for free, tasty bistro cafe.

Avoid unless you want to spend your night on a bench

Never got to actually stay here. Checked in, got my key, went to a party. When I tried to get back to my room at 2AM, hotel doors were locked, there was no doorbell or information about who to call available on the door. The numbers on Booking or hotel website did not work. Had to spend my night on the street. Hotel did no provide any information about reception not being available 24/7 or doors being locked after some specific time.

Poor wifi, bistro

Interesting place - lost in the middle of the road, 500 m to the empty beach. Quite relaxing. Ample parking places. Rooms not big, but renovated and cozy. Nice lady at the reception, she took into account our wishes about the room (but there were many free rooms at that time). Clean, newly renovated room, new carpets on the floors. Tasty bistro (but it is getting more expensive, even comparable with the nearby caf). Lot of meals to choose from. Nice lady again. Close to the road, but quiet. Refrigerator and electric kettle in the room. Thick white clean towels. Good price-quality ratio (but it is getting more expensive). Small grocery shop and quality caf in 5 mins.

Sound isolation is non-existent. No AC - it could be hot. Double room, but only one chair :( No hair-dryer. No coffee/tea cups-mugs in the room - we were advised to ask for them in the bistro :( WiFi was "wavy": sometimes good, sometimes - nearly dead. Balconies are arranged in one line without any screens/shields in-between, so you can see all your 10 or 15 neighbors, this is very irritating. It wouldn't be expensive to build some simple shields of organic glass, but it introduced a cozy privacy. Moreover, if your neighbor is smoking on the balcony, you will "taste" all the smoke. SPA is on the expensive side for the facilities, moreover it was not working at the days of our visit on weekend. Bistro could be decorated in a more cozy manner - now it still reminds the soviet canteen.

Lady at the reception was probably very unhappy with her life. She tried to convince us, that she will let us in only at 3 PM, though we knew beforehand that there were a lot of free rooms on that day. Finally I succeeded in convincing her, and she gave us the keys at 12 AM. Sound isolation is non-existent. WiFi was "wavy": sometimes good, sometimes - nearly dead. TV was not working - we could not switch it on neither by the remote, nor by the buttons on the set itself. No shields of any kind between the balconies, so one can see all the ten (or something like that) neighboring balconies and their inhabitants.

The beach is close to the hotel. You can have a delicious meal in the hotel's bistro.

There are no air conditioners in the rooms

It appears to be a new or newly renovated hotel. It has been done to a very high standard, and the room was quite spacious. The on-site bistro is good, basic food at a good price.

Good location, clean, comfortable beds and soft fluffy towels.

They didnt clean the room. When we asked to clean it after 2 days only towels was changed.

Near the beach and near a small (local) supermarket

The staff was really not friendly. They seemed sad and unhappy to be there for you, never smiled or acknowledged you.The spa only opens on the weekend, which is very disappointing - and you also had to pay extra to use it.The swimming pool is open but you also need to pay to use it.We went in summer, it was hot and there was no air conditioning. They also couldn't provide us with a fan.In addition, the balconies are right next to each other. Since it was hot, we left the door open for some fresh air but we were unlucky that our neighbors smoked, forcing us to keep it closed

Near to the hotel is very beautiful beach. Hotel room was very clean. Good location, near to Riga.

Baby bed price was 10 EUR. Booking site shows 7.50 EUR. Wi-Fi didn't work.

There are fridge and kettle in the rooms, very convenient. Towels, soap and shower gel are available.

No music channel on TV, pretty bad WIFI

We liked the window screens, the fridge was in excellent working order.

The WiFi had poor connection, and since tele2 doesnt have coverage in the area I was almost left without internet.

We are very satisfied with our stay in hotel, the service staff is polite and helpful, the girl with blond hair from reception quickly solved the problems and makes our stay in the hotel memorable. Thank you!

Perfect service, cleanliness, location, spa, bistro

Steam sauna and salt sauna were not working, but, for sure, it was temporary issuePrices could be a little bit lower or all saunas and breakfast could be included in the price
