Nice family hotel just near the Kerkini lakeVery good dinner,breakfast and great service

The place is located close to the lake, and you can walk to it. Breakfast was amazing, included greek pasteries. We loves the place for it’s nature, it has view to mountain. Host was pleasand and friendly.

The rustic motif was lovely. The room was spacious. The fireplace added to the charm. Nice breakfast.

Nothing really, we will definitely come back. Maybe if I have to name one thing:- maybe the doors and windows could use a little bit of adjustment, the door to the bathroom could not be locked and the one to the balcony could not be shot properly. None of these things was too annoying.

Hotel and staff were very good. Breakfast was plenty and various.

Very noisy neighbours, we couldn't catch much sleep (this was not the fault of the hotel, of course).

Very convenient and close to the lake, only 1 km away form it. Nice food in the taverna.

We liked just the boat trip on the lake.

Oikoperiigitis is a beautiful crafted property within a charming little town. The rooms are all spacious and clean, great value for money, and the staff are friendly too.

Excellent breakfast, large room, good shower, all well-cleaned. Well located for exploring the lake, the mountains, Bulgaria and North-Macedonia.

Interior a bit outdated. A former visitor had killed flies by capturing them in the curtains. These contained therefore bloody stains.

15 mins easy walk to the lake. Very nice and helpful hosts. Nice breakfast and lovely hotel restaurant. Our room was huge.

AC too old and weak to cool the room, it was hot through the night. Room was not very clean.

Food (breakfast and dinner using mainly locally sourced produce) and location excellent. Arranging our boat trip well organised and all very prompt.

A fan or air-conditioning would have helped, but did not detract from an enjoyable and comfortable stay.

The room was pleasant, friendly staff. Breakfast and Dinner were fantastic. Canoe trip to see the flamingos was nice.

It was a bit hard work figuring out in advance how to organize the boat trip but once we were there it was straight forward to set up. The area is generally not well set up for visitors...and has a shabby edge to it ... you have to figure things out for yourself.... but the birds made it worthwhile

It was dirty. Cobwebs all over the walls. Breakfast was in the price but the was no buffet anywhere and nobody from the staff was around so we didn’t eat.

Beautiful building close to Kerkini lake. Great home-made breakfast, superkind people working there.

Since it is close to the lake, there are quite some mosquitos around.
