The hotel is situated in a quiet, relaxation-oriented location amidst pine trees. The breakfast would please even the most demanding guests. Would highly recommend SPA hammam rituals.

The pillows could be more comfy.

Room was clean, personnel were friendly and helpful. Food was delicious, massage was very good!

The bed was very uncomfortable, very hard and back,neck were hurting in the morning.

Excellent retreat nestled in a pine tree forest. Friendly and polite staff, cosy spa area, restaurant offers delicious food. Recommended!

Staff is very welcoming, SPA service is amazing - high quality SPA sessions (massages, facials, etc.), convenient and cosy pool area. Food is really high quality (breakfast - top noch, Restaurant meniu - not too extensive, but well balanced). Last year it was 10/10, this year unfortunately 9/10.

- Coffee. Coffee beans were changed in the restaurant to much lower quality. Before it was lithuanian fresh roasted, back then I was so positively surprised and even proud than such location takes care of the meniu to every single detail. Now - its coffee which is not drinkable if you have more delicate taste. I am sorry to see this change, when you pay 200+ EUR per night, I am ok to pay extra for a good coffee. - Kids' toys in a pool area/kids room. Again, would not say this is it would be a cheap place to stay. But it is not. Kids toys are miserable, the same for 3 last years at least. 2 ships in a pool area that every kid is fighting for. Perhaps its about the time to add some new? This would help parents to keep kids occupied for better relaxation.-Cost cuts I assume. This year it was visible. In a Restaurant, in rooms (provided hygiene equipment).

Not our first time at this spa, and we love everything about it – a small, cozy hotel, excellent service, fantastic massages, and consistently high-quality food, from breakfast to dinner from the menu. The beauty of the surroundings and nature is breathtaking. We’ll return as soon as we can.

While there were many positive aspects of my visit, I wanted to bring a particular issue to your attention. For two mornings in a row, around 7 a.m., there was significant noise outside my window from trash gathering workers or others providing food for the hotel. This disturbance impacted my ability to rest and enjoy my stay fully.I hope you can address this issue to ensure a more peaceful experience for future guests.

Wonderful breakfast, we liked that they used local products. Special details in spa area, thinking about personal wellbeing. They know how to suprise positively.

Very nice family's room with 2 bedroom's. Cozy environment and helpful staff. SPA area where you can spend time with kids. Located in very calm area near forest. Best place for relaxation and calm time.

Even those family's room was very spacious, but electric hob is must when traveling with small children's. Food variety in restaurant for children's was quit poor but manageable.

Small things, the pillows were either extra large or extra small. I wanted something in the middle so I could sleep comfortably. The restaurant is a bit overpriced considering the price and quality. of the bigger things, the accommodation is too expensive in terms of value for money. Even after weighing all the pluses.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The staff in the SPA were on another level especially the receptionists they went above and beyond to make sure you are relaxed and have everything you need. As the name suggests the SPA and the pool etc were the best part of this hotel.

I didn't enjoy the food in the restaurant too much, for such healthy overpriced food I was surprised by how bland it was.Also it's not the hotels issue or maybe anyone else's but the place was full of children. I was in shock by how many people brought there kids because the hotel is advertised as a relaxing and peaceful spa but literally everyone had kids. Not sure if this is the normal clintelle for the hotel but just a heads up.

Facilities maintenance staff should eliminate the smells in the SPA men's changing room showers and in the SPA shower. Also in our room the rain shower was really poor, should be changed.

Excellent spa, decent breakfast, perfect restastaurant with wide range of options for kids. Had amazing rest, will get back for sure! See you soon!
