    Cons -

    • Breakfast is poor, some of the food that runs out is not refilled. The rooms with a gallery have windows up in the roof without curtains and when the sun comes out early in the morning there is a bright light and it is difficult to sleep.
    • Room would be more convenient if there were a few more power sockets available.

For the price we paid, it did not meet the expectations. Facilities are very basic and breakfast was not good, some food was already bad.

    9EvelinaPosted on: 3-23-2025

Great place. Very clean, spacious rooms, friendly staff, and lovely SPA area. Great selection for breakfast.

I would have liked it if there was an option to buy a pen in the reception with black ink.

    7IvoPosted on: 3-19-2025

Great breakfast. Nice spa - hottub, pool, steam and finnish sauna.

Mattress was very old and squeaky

It's a good place for staying with a family, though be prepared to do a lot of walking. Great with kids, as it has swimming pool, indoor play-room.

Check in was very long. I was not fully happy with the cleanliness of the breakfast area and the restaurant, it felt like they did not take much pride in their food services. The food was decent.

The price was very good with the booking discount. Good location, pleasant service, small but very good SPA area. The room was clean.

The spa area felt like a children's room. The rooms need to be renovated.

Good location, clean, calm, cozy hotel. Food was so delicious in hotel restaurant, it exceeded our expectations. SPA zone small but clean and cosy. Friendly staff.

A big room with the big soft beds. Evereything was clean with the good view to a park. Really big teritory, with the under roof basketball hall, gym, bowling, billiard, table tennis. SPA center has small pool, jacuzzi and pool for baby borns. Also Sauna and steam sauna. SPA opened from 9:00 to 21:30. Alsa they have restaurant with lunch and dinner offer. Tasty food. Breakfast could be improved with Soy milk, cause some of us cant tolerate milk or has alergies. But overall breakfast was good with few options of hot meals. Overall I rate it as good for the price we paid. Definetely comeback if near around Anykščiai.

There is nothing particular that we didnt like.

Good value for money. SPA zone small, but very clean and cozy.

It was HipHop event, so many teenagers at the hotel.

    7LaurencePosted on: 1-18-2025

excellent spa which was included in the room rate

as someone who doesnt eat dairy i usally look forward to eggs and bacon at a hotel breakfast and whilst the food was good quality there wasn't much food for me to eat

The pool and spa zone was real good - not very big but cozy and comfortable for the use of my family. The location was nice as well.

The rooms were a little outdated with some minor things waiting to be fixed. The breakfast could have more meal options to choose. Actually the whole hotel gave me the feeling that they are on the tight budget but the price of the room was around 120 or 130 EUR for one night.

    10GintarėPosted on: 11-4-2024

Clean, spacious room, kind staff, good breakfast, nice modern pool zone, especially for children.

The patio was mentioned in rhe room description but we didn’t have it.

Very comfortable and clean rooms, good spa zone and delicious breakfast. Staff is polite and respectful.

Looks like a family hotel. Spa zone was full with children - it was noisy and unrespectful to other guests (adults). Couldn't relax... The same noise during breakfast.

    8AlgirdasPosted on: 11-3-2024

    Good staff. Nice pool area.

A bit poor breakfast. It takes only 2 hours and even after 1 hout it is quite lack of food.Room was not cleaned every day. And even if cleaned, cups for tea was not changed and no tea added in the room.

    9LaimonasPosted on: 10-29-2024

Location, spa, breakfast, restaurant and friendly staff.

We stayed for two nights, the first night was a bit noisy after 10pm, could be quieter.

Quite small but cozy and aesthetic spa, nice staff and breakfast.

Not enough separate tables at breakfast.

    7KristinaPosted on: 9-13-2024

The hotel is a bit further away from the centre, but it's a small town, so it's no big deal. The rooms are good sized, a bit worn but clean and tidy. The biggest downside of the room is that you can hear a lot of sound both from the corridor through the door and through the walls. A huge plus is that you can bring pets. Breakfast was good, delicious pancakes with cottage cheese. The spa is excellent, refurbished, everything as in the photos.

I didn't like the fact that the reception desk was often unstaffed. I had to wait half an hour for a member of staff to show up, and her two phones and handbag were on the reception desk ringing the whole time :) The hotel restaurant opens late, only at 4 pm, even the bar is not open, inconvenient.
