The room on the street is poorly soundproofed and unfortunately you can hear the noises of cars and trucks. The bathroom had damaged doors and stains on the floor. The air conditioner did not work well and over time it left a black stain on the ceiling. Breakfast was à la carte and with very little choice of sweets. Incredibly during breakfast in the room a courier entered with a trolley to collect used oil passing near our table.

The hotel is small and cosy, offers great spa facilities. The food is tasty and fresh. Very friendly staff, always ready to help. The nature around is beautiful and unique.

Here you will be taken care of by a very hospitable staff, you will be able to enjoy nature and get fantastic spa treatments! I will definitely come back.

One pool was not working, only breakfast was included. I got the more expensive offer because it was advertised as having breakfast and one more meal.

The studio was big enough for a family with two small kids. The restaurant is ok, the view from the pool and the restaurant is very nice. The pool is ok only for adults

Too noisy, especially the rooms that are facing the road. No proper AC, we were boiling inside, and if we opened the window, the noise was awful from speeding cars, trucks and motors. The bathroom was constantly wet as there was no shower cabin inside. The most important thing- this is not a place for small kids- the pool is not safe, they can easily run around and fall (cos there is no other place to stay at), there is no playground.

The pool and jacuzzi were ok. The view was spectacular.

The staff did not speak English, but they were nice.We expected a buffet breakfast, but there were 5 menus to choose. And only poor coffee was included. For an expresso, or ayran, or a cappucino we should pay. The room was not cleaned during our 3 days...We were given 2 bottles of water in the 3rd day morning at the door. Our robes, towels were not changed and we do not have space to dry them....The hotel is on the road to Velingrad and there was too much noise....

Location is my favourite! very close to Sofia and reachable by train as well. Staff is always smiley and polite. Room is clean and has everything needed for your stay. Swimming pools are also well maintained. We will be back

The breakfast was good but with small range of dishes. The dishes in the menu were very delicious. The water in the small Swimmingpool is very warm. The view is good-stones. The stuff is really friendly!

There is no spa. The indoor Swimmingpool is very small. The steam bath and the sauna also. There two outdoor Swimmingpools, the small one is ok but the big one is very cold for the winter.

Jacuzzi is working 24/7, as well as the outside warm and cold pools. Awesome!!! The staff is very polite, rooms are nice, food in the restaurant is great, it's on the main road but there are nice mountain views... everything you could wish for!

Great location and very sweet staff. They tried to make sure everything was perfect. We had a warm welcome and the receptionist explained to us everything about the property. The barman and the rest of the stuff was polite, smiley and very quick in the morning to show us the breakfast options.We loved the jacuzzi on the top and the night bath in the rain :)
