Breakfast buffet was quite big and the food was good

Staff wasn't that helpful at breakfast. They seemed to look the other way if you needed something.

Room very small and tight . Heating broken and thus very hot . Staff and service so so given it’s 5 stars .

Great staff, very easy to get to the ski lifts with the hotel shuttle (felt like ski-in / ski-out), great food and nice sauna/ facilities. Great service in de ski rental shop. They even charged my car as part of the valet service!

The hotel interior design has a lot of black and is a bit dark. It was beautifully done with attention to detail and the design was very consistent throughout the hotel, just not my taste.

Almost all members of staff were very friendly and helpful. Halfboard evening menues were mostly nice, except for the fish mains during our stay and the underwhelming salad buffet.

Overall, the property is in good condition given its age but room furniture and carpets would benefit from a makeover.

Breakfasts are the best.. special thanks to the staff from the restaurant tot the lobby they were doing everything to make our stay very nice. Special thanks to Sarah and Oscar for making our experience even greater.

Superb facilities. Ski equipment hire excellent, they changed one of our groups skis several times with no bother (nothing wrong with the equipment he just wanted to try boarding!). Reception helped organise lift passes and booked lessons, nothing was too much to ask.Breakfast had a wonderful selection and the A La Carte restaurant was very good too.The shuttle service in and out of Ischgl was very efficient with knowledgeable staff who got us in and out easily day and evening.Great spa for relaxing in after a day on the slopes

Diner and breakfast was very good and diverse. Loved the personnel and how friendly they were.

Shuttle service generally worked well. Only waited for more than 15mins once. Excellent breakfast

unfortunately guests don‘t take care of anything, so the property could use a bit of touching up on wall corners, etc.

The shuttel Service are great. Hotel Room are nice designed, conftabel and from good quality. The massage and spa are good but there is no spa feeling just cold no candle, music or something just loud from outside. The whole spa is overloaded with guests 190+ the spa is to smal for this.

The Hotel is verz loud, you get up from sleep when they do a party in -1 . We was stay in 3rd floor. The Restaurant for 5* Hotel is poor, no selection what you wish to eat as it is typical for Austrian Gastro, just expensive, the same is for wines etc total overpriced and not as expected for a 5* Hotel. The salad Bar is minimal and not fit for a 5* Hotel. The Bedcushions are to soft no comfort at all. The ski room is poor, smal and not fit for 5* Hotel. It is no value for the money, only if you wish show and quality.

It was not our first stay in the hotel. As usual, we were very delighted by everything.Especially, everyone of the staff was extremely friendly and helpfull ! Breakfast was fantastic ! Staff in the dinner room is extremey friendly, shuttle buses very smooth !We really appreciated the new 'infusion' session in the sauna.

Dinner was a bit variable: first 2 evenings a bit disappointing, the last 2 evenings great !

It’s a little tricky getting a hold of the shuttle without an international phone…. More of an “us” problem though

The staff were amazing. Swimming pool very good. Shuttle service to ski lifts and town excellent.

It had very much a Ibiza trendy vibe. With cosy bar and fire place our room was lovely with a big balcony. Oscar was amazing - he should be in charge . Some of the other staff felt quite inexperienced

The location is right on a busy road so sitting on the balcony you’re overlooking the road

Amazing hotel, a little more unique and cool than your average mountain 5*! Incredible staff, super attentive and kind. Incredible food, compliments to the chef! ? Who was also a really nice person. From the staff Kevin, Adriana and Nicole were great and made our stay even better but also the others were lovely.Really lovely spa also, with open fire in the pool area - very cool! Location not in Ischl but the readily available shuttle was perfectly fine, 10 mins ride to Ischl. Will be coming back! Magda & Matt

Location on a larger road not the most intimate but the hotel makes up for it.

Rooms - clean, not huge, but not tiny either. Very comfortable for two people.Breakfast and dinner - great! Our son has allergies, the staff and the Chef were very helpful. Chef always had a second dish for people with allergies. Thank you!Shuttle - very convenient and timely.Staff - friendly and accommodating. New Years Celebration - super fun!Spa facilities - big pool, saunas, treatments. All great.

Only two things:Lights in the room could be better (specifically for the closets).Too hot in the hotel, BUT the balcony door opens up and cools the room down.

This was the most amazing hotel experience I’ve ever had. The breakfast was incredible. The spa was so relaxing and nicely appointed. The room was luxurious and had a fantastic view. I believe the professional staff really makes this hotel top level. They were polite and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure we had a comfortable trip. Thank you to everyone there for their hospitality!

I honestly can’t say anything negative about this hotel. It was so perfect and exceeded my expectations.

Breakfast was very nice! Even packed us takeaway breakfast due to our early flight on the last day! Good service between hotel and slopes with a private transfer!

They didn’t bring us an iron :(
