Hotel Tatarscy

The location of the property is perfect located right in the town square and only 15-20 minute walk to the magical church Kalwaria Zebrzydowska. The owner and staff are extremely friendly and helpful. It’s also very pet friendly . I will definitely be coming back again .

The beds are comfy, the rooms are big and the TV has Casting capabilities. The breakfast was nice with a vide wariety of polish dishes aswell as classical hotel breakfast.The hotel restaurant Bella Fino offers really good pizza and a large menu, the staff is helpful and nice.

I wish you got a shampoo pouch per day you stayed and that the room were cleaned maybe every two or three days.

Terrible hotel, misleading information on Booking.com

Photos of rooms posted on Booking.com show beautifully appointed and maintained rooms. Our room looked nothing like the photos posted, nor did another room we saw. There was no air conditioning, only a fan. We tried to go to the restaurant, but it was closed, as was the bar. Booking.com claimed that the staff speaks English, but nobody we encountered did. And the towels were unbelievably rough. This resulted in an uncomfortable stay. We felt defrauded. We booked this hotel on the basis of the information and photos on Booking.com posted, and we got something totally different. If you want to visit Kalwaria, stay elsewhere.

Location was great, central, free parking, easy to find. Good value, breakfast was good.

No-one at reception desk but there was a number to call so not a big problem.

Noise and light straight to the window from parking at night, despite the curtains the light was quite bothering.

Very clean and very friendly staff. The staff even prepared me a huge takeaway breakfast as I wasn’t able to attend breakfast in the morning.The hotel cat is adorable.

Location is perfect, the apartment is quite spacious and consist all we need for rest. Staff is friendly and helpful. Good Italian restaurant downstairs. Breakfast good and at convenient time (7-30 to 10-30)

The room was nice, clean and spacious. Comfy beds. Nice view outside the 3rd floor. I was almost alone in the hotel, so it was also quiet sleeping. The breakfast was good, served very quickly.

Only the shower was bit worn out, the bottom deck was floating, soft, not hard as I expected. I have never stand on such a deck in shower. The scrambled eggs on breakfast was prepared with too much oil.

no soaps except hand soap. glasses were not washed looked like just quickly rinsed. noisy kids in hallway, thin walls, and partying until about midnight, the bar/restaurant was right under the room. (sounded like it anyway).

Very out dated , used shampoo bottles in the room, room smelled like smoked cigarettes, dusty , mould everywhere.

A simple hotel providing excellent value for money. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The room was quiet and the staff were friendly.

Hosts are friendly, everything ist clear. Good stay in your way to somhwere.Breakfast was nice.

There is nothing, that you can like

We got the wifi pasword before we leaving.In the room we didnt have HOT water. If yoo want to talk with personal you have to speak poland, because they dont understand other languages except poland. About breakfest and interior you can see in photos. When we try to talk wiht staff about problem wiht hot water after few minutes all staff just gone...

We had a great stay here! 15min walk from the train station and very centrally located. About 30min walk from the basilica. Breakfast was large with a wide variety. The owner was so kind and helpful!
