Great hotel, great staff, very friendly owners. Very good rooms, good quality food.

A bit too much noise on the street - but this is right next to the beach, so can be expected. The noise insulation of the room was very good, which was useful.

Ioanna is small family hotel with cozy and clean rooms. Breakfast offer was smaller then in general, but food was always fresh and tasty.The stuff is very friendly and location of Hotel is superb near beach.

There is no parking in the hotel and close to hotel.Offer for breakfast could be bigger.

The hotel is right next to the beach in the pedestrian area of the Olympia Akti. The rooms were very clean, the hosts are very kind and responsive. The breakfast was good.

The rooms are not well soundproofed.

Great location, in the front of the sea and the central park, on the main promenade. Cosy, extremely clean, nice personell, very good breakfast.

The hotel is great, almost new. It is located right next to the beach. It has its own restaurant and beach bar. Rooms comfortable, clean, with a nice terrace. The rooms have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The hotel has an elevator which is especially important for families with children. AC, TV and fridge are in every room. Excellent WI - FI on each floor, in the restaurant and on the beach. Classic buffet breakfast, excellent quality. Good choice and quality food. Something for everyone. In addition to breakfast in the restaurant, you can always order delicious dishes such as pizzas, pastas, salads, sandwiches, etc. The atmosphere in the garden of the restaurant is great.The staff is great. They are always there with the desire to help, service and provide you with a nice atmosphere on vacation.Great hotel to which we will gladly return. For every recommendation.

The noise from the playroom across the side of the hotel can be annoying. But when the terrace closes, nothing is heard. The only thing missing in the room were soap and small hotel shampoos. Everything else was great.

The place is very nice and clean.

The downsides are the fact that you need to pay for espresso and the shower didn’t have enough hot water and you need to hold the handle of the shower.

Starting from the owner Savva, the staff, the room, the location and the service, everything was excellent. A well deserved 10!!!We left with the best impressions and will definitely come back next year.
