Very clean and comfortable. Small but really nice pool. Great view of the bay from our room. Small veranda just outside the room. Fully equipped.

    Nothing comes to mind.

The location had easy parking and great views over the bay. It's a bit of a walk into town, but doable.

The rooms were dated, but comfortable enough. Breakfast was rather disappointing compared to everywhere else we ate on our trip. We definitely were expecting a lot more with how high the reviews were!

Amazing views and food was great. Staff very good.

Gorgeous location with stunning view. Easy to walk to charming center of town. Visit the castle. Delicious breakfast. Welcoming, kind hosts.

The view, the view, the view! Nice little balcony, comfortable beds and good shower. Lovely family run hotel.

The breakfast was good but basic.

    10SeanPosted on: 3-7-2025

Everything was as described and the room has a fantastic view over the bay from the balcony. Would happily go again. The service was also attentive and responsive.

Nothing, everything was as it should be.

Kyria Litsa was pleasant and helpful hostess.Service from Ioanna was always polite and with a sweet smile ??

Noisy neighbors! I wish others would be quiet closing the room doors and talking or walking around. Others may be sleeping/ resting???Oh, the pool needs 2-4 more sun-beds?

Great hotel with a wonderful view over the water. The facilities and staff were great, and everything was clean. Adequate parking is available. The hotel is high up in the north end of town which offers a wonderful view. While the main road runs in front of the hotel, the room is quiet and there aren't many cars later in the evening anyway. The location is high up, and the trade-off is you need to drive or walk to the center of Pylos. It's not too far, and most people can easily walk into town and take in the great view along the way. I prefer places like this that are away from congestion but easily walkable (e.g. 20min). I think what also stands out with this hotel is the great breakfast. Instead of the usual buffet of sorts, breakfast is brought to your table and fresh with many choices. It was something to look forward to. The restaurant for dinner was also great with many tasty dishes.

The view was exceptional. The staff was outstanding. Breakfast and/or coffee was not included. The town was not accessible by walking. There were no sidewalks on a busy road. However parking was on site and the town was easily accessible by car and very nice.

Description of the location and beaches.

This was our favourite stop on our travels around the Peloponnese. The staff were lovely, especially Ioanna who was very attentive to our needs around the pool area. This was like a small boutique hotel, we felt like we had the pool area to ourselves. A small infinity pool, poolside service, amazing food, incredible views ... will definitely love to come back.

This is a small hotel, so very basic facilities so wouldn't recommend it for anyone with children.

A great clifftop location overlooking Pylos bay. Superb view of the whole bay and harbour from our generous balcony. Lovely small infinity pool by the restaurant for a relaxing swim with amazing view. Hotel terraces very attractively planted and daily maid service was also appreciated. Good size room and kitchenette area. Good aircon and comfy beds. A great base for touring the lovely beaches or evenings in the lively town square just down the hill.

An iron in the room would have been useful. We only ate once in the restaurant as you can get fresher, more tasty food in the town or nearby Gialova. It was ok.

Everything. The location, the views, the pool. Easy and free parking. Nice clean rooms with good bed and AC. Wifi is excellent in the room. This feels not like a two star hotel. More like a four star…

The kitchenette could be a little better equipped.
