    Pros +

    • We stayed in a three-bedroom villa, which was spacious and comfortable for four people. Each bedroom had its own private bathroom. Both the master bedroom and the living room opened onto a terrace with a private pool and direct access to the beach. The villa itself was beautifully designed with elements of contemporary art - it was a real aesthetic pleasure to stay there. The villa was equipped with a coffee machine, a kettle, a sink, and a minibar, although no stove was not intended as part of the facilities. Everything was spotless and well maintained, there was a regular cleaning - and even more often, as housekeeping comes again in the evening to tidy up. The bed linen was perfectly clean, and there were always enough towels. The hotel is adults-only (14+), so it’s very peaceful and quiet. The staff were attentive and always quick to help whenever needed.Breakfast at the hotel was delicious. The hotel grounds are lush and spacious, plenty of space to walk around. There are several pools located throughout the property, including one heated to 27 °C — especially enjoyable now that the weather is cooler. The hotel also has an excellent spa area with a hammam and two saunas.
    • Staff went over and above in every way - Maria at check-in was wonderful and made our anniversary stay really special!
    • Everything is great about this property, the rooms are quiet spacious & really comfortable beds. Great access to pool!

    Cons -

    • High prices for food and drinks where not in line with quality. Especially during breakfast, hot drinks where never hot by the time they arrived. Food generally did not meet expectations: Even food at Parelia was not as tasty / delicious as expected from the hotel's best restaurant.
    • Everything was ok.
    • - Consistency of staff erratic - either too friendly (to the point of being fake) or plain disinterested (when we requested a table that we wanted to sit at for breakfast (near the sea) we were consistently told we could not sit there)The “Between” is described as an area “to enjoy cocktails and finger food served by the pool”, however during our 5 day stay with area was never open. The area was being used for a wedding and various events and as such was even sectioned off. Our hotel room was at the furthest point from the main lobby and the quickest way to beach was to go through this bar - we never felt comfortable doing so. Corporate/ wedding / other events of any type are obviously very important to the hotel but should not be at the expense of the hotel guests enjoyment. - Breakfast at best was chaotic. The experience is meant to replicate a “Town squaare” with different areas serving different buffets. Our personal preference is to have less choice but amazing quality cold buffet that is more easily accessible to be followed by a a la carte option for hot food\eggs. We were never told that you could actually order eggs - it was only on the last day that someone else was ordering an omelette that we found out. The hot buffet is provided in warming trays the whole experience is more like an “all inclusive’ offering. The coffees were sometimes great but other times awful. - cocktails at the pool bar were not great- the sea view room was pleasant, not amazing and such a long way from everything. There were no comfy chairs on the balcony. Having cleanser and quality shampoo\conditioner is a nice touch but spoilt by a notice saying you will be charged €75 is you take this. Not sure who they think their clientele are.- we ordered tea on the beach and it came in a take away cup for €6 - I would think a hotel of this calibre should offer loose leaf tea in a teapot with a cup and saucer - or suggest where it can be had if not on the beach

Pros :- Lovely location in a beautiful bay- Close proximity to wonderful golf courses- Very. Good cocktails in main bar- Very good selection of homemade breads at breakfast

Amazing experience! Plenty of space at the beach, no need to reserve the beds in advance, the distance between the beds is nice as well. One of the best breakfasts I've seen at the hotels - wide variety, great quality, fast service even during the busiest time.

It might not feel like an authentic Greek experience if that's what you're looking for :) However, if you want to be at a great place and enjoy the beach with excellent service, this is right for you.

If I could give this hotel 6 stars I would . The staff are super friendly and efficient, the facilities are 1st class, the choice of restaurants across Costa Navarino sites was great, the beach was clean and not crowded and the decor and vide were fantastic. If I could live here I would

    10JanuszPosted on: 8-31-2024

Extraordinary breakfast - we travel a lot, I am "breakfast lover" so it is very important element of each stay and I have to admit that W Costa Navarino is a kind on its own - we have never seen that kind of breakfast organization - 4 different station with excellent food and drinks in each of them. What is also surprising - moving restaurants away from the main hotel building (and sleeping part of the resort) is very good solution - those, who want to party stay in "Agora" part of the resort; those, who want to have quiet rest -sleep nicely in hotel part. Good invention.

Difficult to say; if I have to indicate anything that was little bit below my expectations - it was softness of the mattress, but it is very individual; I prefer hard mattresses, but for some people it could be positive..Otherwise -great experience - congratulations to architects and staff

    6TassosPosted on: 8-30-2024

Breakfast was very good - big variety and nice vibe.

The hotel felt empty all the time.Staff seems untrained - certainly not to the level expected in a W as such. Staff would consider themselves more of a guest than an employee- they would behave unprofessionally at many instances and interactions with guests.

The facility was new and beautiful

The beach at this location is the worst beach I’ve ever been to in Greece. The water is murky and gross looking. It reminded us of the terrible beaches in Long Island, NY where I would never go swimming. Terrible location to put such a nice hotel. It felt like I wasn’t in Greece. Also the music that gets played in the public areas and hotels should incorporate a little more Greek. If I didn’t leave the hotel I wouldn’t know I was in Greece

W Hotel at Costa Navarino featured a new 5-star resort with excellent facilities and amazing customer service. The staff are friendly, courteous and willing to attend our requests.

    Great bkf beautiful room

We paid for dinner at a concert and in the middle of it the whole stage was intruded by outsiders who were blocking our concert view and entrainment. There was no security.

    Not much a bit soulless

Too many beds around the pool lack of character food very expensive for what it was except for breakfast

Location, Location, Location! 5 star resort with admittedly a few teething problems that will no doubt iron out over time. A particular thank you for the excellent Joey Zachariou (B&F Administrator) who was lovely, professional, and with a very big smile whenever needed!

Swimming pool was simply too small for all the guests of the hotel. Not enough umbrellas, whilst many were putting there personal items on the sunbeds before their breakfast to save their umbrellas! Not exactly what we were expecting for such a resort!

    10StiubeiPosted on: 7-9-2024

+ Friendly Staff+ They accept pets+ Very clean rooms and gardens+ Many options for breakfast - buffet+ Comfortable sunbeds+ Tennis Courts+ The guests were mostly chill couples+ Shops were you can buy whatever you need

    - The seashore had some stones and it was uncomfortable to step on, but you can easily use the ponton to get into the sea- You are not allowed to use inflatables in the pool
