- Great location with very short walk to town square. Our room was very spacious and comfortable with a balcony. The hosts were helpful when we had a hot water issue.
- very centraleasy check in
- The platia of Pylos was nice
Cons -
- had a family above us who were very noisy and kept waking us up
- The room was not that clean and you can hear the people on the second floor walk around. There was no view at all from our room.
- Everything was great. We had no issues, we couldn't get the main heater to work but this had already been prepared for and a heater was provided in the room as well as a dehumidifier.

The platia of Pylos was nice
The room was not that clean and you can hear the people on the second floor walk around. There was no view at all from our room.
The room and bathroom liked so nice and the bed was really comfortable. The location was nice as well. Parking was 100 m for free in the harbour.
The location was perfect and the accommodation was exactly as pictured. The room and facilities were very clean and it was great to even have a mini-fridge that we weren't expecting. Brilliant stay.

Very good
I had a bad experience with the staff which I only met through messages. I was in the area for work and demanded an invoice for my stay. The staff was very polite and reassuring, however they never sent the invoice, even though I asked politely many times. This disabled me from being reimbursed for the accommodation costs from my work.
Well equipped rooms with good light and only 2 minutes walk from the town centre.
The shower head was not hooked up and the room soundproofing was a bit poor.
Very nice room (nr 1). Very responisve host.
Unfortunately no hot water in the shower. Although the host was very responsive and tried to help, the problem was not solved. I had to take a cold shower in the evening and an almost cold shower in the morning (my partner and I had hot water for about 5min in the morning).
Disclaimer: This review is for Room 3, which is on the ground floor. I'm sure the experience would be much different in Room 1 or 2.The property is clean, nicely renovated, with a comfortable bed, and it's conveniently located in the center of Pylos. However, despite these positives and the appealing photos on Booking, my stay was not as pleasant as I had hoped. The first issue I noticed upon entering was a strong smell of mold, which made the room feel damp and unwelcoming.Additionally, the listing was quite misleading. The room had only a very small window, which let in hardly any natural light. Worse, people on the street could clearly see inside, making it feel uncomfortable and lacking in privacy. These important details were strategically left out of the photos, which I found deceptive.Beyond that, the biggest issue was the complete lack of soundproofing. Every morning, I was woken up by footsteps from the floor above or by noise from people talking on the street. It often felt like the conversations were happening right inside the room, making it difficult to rest properly. The worst part, however, was the owner's complete lack of response. I reached out early on to inform them of these issues, but they never replied. This level of disregard for guests' concerns is unacceptable and left a very negative impression. If the property improved its air quality, sound insulation, provided accurate listing photos, and, most importantly, communicated with guests, it could be a much better experience.
Room was a good size
Instructions on entry were not provided before we arrived at 15:40. We had received a previous communication asking us to provide a rating of 10 on booking.com so we assumed someone would meet us at the property. We lugged our suitcases to the building (no easy access, but not a major issue) only to find everything closed up. Be left a message and lugged our suitcases back to the car to find a coffee nearby. We then received a message with details including unit number and code. Went back up the staircases to get suitcases. Finally got into the apparent. To our horror the room had not been cleaned or made up. We contacted to manager and told them we were not staying. Someone arrived while we were lugging our suitcases back down the stairs and they seemed surprised at the state of the room. Luckily we found accommodation nearby at Tina’s House. This turned out to be much nicer anyway. As a positive the manager approved our full refund without issue.
The owner was very helpful. It is also in a great location, a few steps away from the central square of Pylos.
Unfortunately, the humidity in the ground floor apartment was unbearable. Although there was a dehumidifier and AC in the room, they did close to nothing, due to the lack of natural light. Obviously, the owners had done all the could to minimize the humidity, but unfortunately the room is not fit for a longer stay, we barely slept at night.
Bad
Humid with a noisy dehumidifier that covered the problem partially, moldy, evident in the shower, dark with hardly any air or light coming through the one of the two windows that could open. Most likely the rooms above would be ok but the one we stayed in on the ground floor felt like a well painted and nicely decorated cellar with bad air quality.
The location is right next to the main square and our room had a sheltered balcony that, while not offering any view, is completely sheltered from noise and wind. The room is modern and lovely, with comfortable beds. The lady who runs the place was lovely and was very nice about us checking out at the last moment.
There are some minor points of maintenance needed (eg. the bathroom drain was broken and one light didn't work), but nothing really problematic.
The rooms were very clean, spacious, modern and in the center of Pylos. I recommend it 100%
Filthy Filthy Filthy
The room was not cleaned properly. Unfortunately we arrived fairly late so I informed the contact person the next morning, who was nowhere near Pylos and I had to communicate through calls and text messages. The carpet was full of breadcramps, hair and stains on the bathroom floor, and dried blood on the bathroom bin. The toilet seat had also stains on it. The personnel was really unhelpful, didn't even apologize for the condition of the room. We had to find another place to stay.
very comfortable bedClose to the city centre
even though there was a coffee machine, this wasn’t clean. The bathroom and the room had a weird smell (like a mould). not luxury and not value for money for sure.
Great location in the centre of Pylos. Nice room, well decorated. The owners were very cooperative.
It’s not a negative point, but there must be more instructions on how the boiler works (how long it takes for the water to warm up). - especially, for people who don’t live in Greece and aren’t familiar with this.
The room si spacious, cozy and recently renew
The location is central but the access is in a narrow road almost blind. There is no proper window in the room. Maybe better the room at the upper floor. We don’t recommend to book the ground flow.
Confortable room and bathroom., central location.
No windows., no daylight.
