Location! It is close to the German border, yet situated in the country with peace and quiet. We heard bull elk bugle at the crack of dawn!If you love hiking, this is definitely your place to stay: Close to Tissa walls and Szeznik.The hotel is freshly renovated, the room had all that one could need, very clean and the staff very nice. We also had dinner there, good food yet reasonably priced. We loved our stay! (They also have a spa/sauna and offer a "beer bath", which I'm not really sure what that is but it kinda sounds like fun.)

Only small drawback: no elevator. The house was build around 1900, so that's understandable. Just something to keep in mind.

Great location where you can reach local attractions like Sneznik or Tiske Steny on foot. Also quite close to Hrensko and Konigstein to reach by car. Good food to order in restaurant with reasonable prices. Nice area with terrace and garden.

Economy rooms on the attic are a bit small, ours had both beds under sloping roof.

Everything from the arrival to departure was great. Staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was really good and food in the restaurant was just amazing. We´ve also had the beer spa bath and it was so nice and relaxing, just what we needed. Location was spot on, peaceful and quiet place and close to everything we wanted to visit.

There´s really nothing I could complain about.

We loved the authentic feel to the hotel. From the moment we arrived we felt at home. The staff was super friendly. The food was excellent, and the rooms were spacious and comfy. Very, very small window. The location is a bit remote, car or bike is highly recommended.

Location is great! Our reservation had one bedroom and another room which was cool. Very ordinary breakfast. Supportive staff!

Pricees of meals and activitiee were high. It advertised souna and etc. but they were not included and had high prices. No elevator.

A great location, just at the feet of Sneznik mountain. Helpful and kind staff and the wellness makes it a very cosy stay. Tasty breakfast that's included in the price.

The wifi doesn't always work perfectly and the beds are quite squeaky and hard. The walls are not the best for the noise insulation and you can hear neighbours.

ROOM: The room was spacious and comfortable with a nice balcony and plenty of space for luggage.BED: The bed was comfortable and nice to sleep in.BREAKFAST: The breakfast was nice, with good selection of cold cuts, eggs, sausages, vegetables, juices.DESIGN AND SURROUNDINGS: The location was great for us for exploring surroundings. Loved the terrace of the hotel and enjoyed peace and quiet.COMMUNICATION: The staff was welcoming and friendly.

Very spacious, comfortable and clean room. Beautiful view on Snieznik from the apartment's balcony. A big bathroom. Excellent and diverse breakfast. A nice restaurant to eat good dinner or just to have a drink. Firendly staff. Free and spacious private parking lot.

In such an apartament an electric kettle would be useful.

Simply said, this accommodation was excellent and over our expectations. The old house is fully renovated since 2020. Our room, restaurant and whole hotel was very cozy and nice. We would like to point out great menu and food served for a dinner. Also wine list with good selection of wine was appreciated. However, the atmosphere would not be so great without very nice and helpful staff. We loved informal chats with the staff after dinner or at the breakfast. Finally, we really enjoyed our stay there.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of a beautiful national park in the Elbe sandstone mountains.The room was very clean and cosy.Staff was very friendly and helpful.We dined very well in the hotel restaurant, whose delicious cheesecake is worth mentioning.Excellent and plentiful breakfast.

This hotel is a perfect place to relax in nature and serves as a great starting point for hiking (Děčínský Sněžník, Tiské stěny, Herkulessäulen). We booked an Apartment Standard Suite, which was simply fabulous. It is very spacious and consists of a bedroom, living room, bathroom, a separate WC and a corridor. The bed was wide and mattress was very comfortable with good pillows, too. There is a big wardrobe to unpack all your belongings. The bathroom has a comfy bathtub and was spotless. It also has a window, which makes it easy to air the bathroom. The staff was truly amazing! Ready to help you in any way they can so you could enjoy your holiday time to the fullest. To give you an example: they gladly changed some EUR to Czech koruna for us so we had some money to enter sights. They were always ready to assist you with anything, e.g. information about best hiking trails or where to park. There is also a very nice restaurant downstairs with a patio. It serves delicious meals till 10 pm. If you're looking for a stay close to nature and hiking trails with attentive staff and a nice restaurant to enjoy your evenings, this is a place to go!

As we stayed in an Apartment Standard Suite, I would appreciate to have a kettle. I would also recommend the owners to think about extending the check-in times. Currently one should check-in before 7 pm, but the restaurant downstairs is open until 10pm. Allowing later check-in might encourage more travelers, possibly coming form further away, to choose this hotel and let me say it again: it is a great hotel that I truly recommend!

All was super good. Hotel is clean, nicely furnished, having the style. And the owner is carrying about everything plus is super nice person.

Room was clean and fresh. Organised in very comfortable way. Tasty breakfast and free big parking. We fully recommend!

Location is really great, close to touristic walks. Clean and newly reconstructed hotel. Staff is really nice. Very good breakfast and restaurant is also very good.

Be aware that kitchen is closed at 20:00 and there isn’t anything else around. We didn’t have sun-blind on windows in the bedroom but we were told that it’s under maintenance so soon will be there ?
