Resort LUFT Sněžník

The breakfast, the dinner, the sauna, the fireplace inside of the apartment, and especially, we loved the three ladies who cooked and took care of us. We were so touched by how warm and friendly they were. We will definitely return.

This was a great stay, our room was very clean and reasonably well equipped. You get a brochure with all that you need well documented in the room, the owner clearly has a great eye for small details.Staff spoke Czech and German. They were polite and very helpful. There was someone on their first day of work, he did an excellent job with all our requests.Good breakfast. Good parking. Will definitely return.

At dinner, meat was somewhat undercooked. However, the next day the breakfast was much better so that made it up for it.

When we arrived and asked for a coffee during check in, it was not free and coffee itself was so bad... There is no shampoo and soap in the room.It was so unxpected. We had to go to the city to buy it...

Only for a night for resting but we couldn’t find a better place! Clean, great stuff and peace and quiet.

Well maintained and clean. Special place surrounded by forest. Breakfast was served without trying to save on us and trying to satisfy our tastes.

It was hard to communicate with the staff as they didn't know English. In the room itself there isn't even the possibility to prepare yourself coffee or tea. We slept in the upper floor and had to pull the mattress from the children "room" to the shared space as it was Tiny "hole".

Apartments in a very quiet, nature surrounded location. Friendly and attentive staff. Dedicated parking place. There was an option to have dinner and breakfast at the resort itself.

The water for showering in the evening was quite cold.

Beautiful modern family run mini hotel, super friendly staff. Great hiking right out the back door, food is awesome. A 15 out of 10. I will plan to come back!!! Highly recommended.

Nothing, it is great. Sneznik is a little off the beaten track, no restaurants near by, food at hotel is awesome.

I loved everything! The property photos misrepresent the actual apartments, house, location, and beauty. Everything was extremely clean, the matress was one of the best I've slept in, the people were really polite and accommodating, and the location was perfect for a hike and quiet to relax. The sauna in the building was spot-on and relaxing, and the breakfast was really tasty.I can't stress enough that we are definitely coming back!

I really can't find anything. Maybe the fact that they don't have shampoos, which we already read in the reviews, so we were prepped for it. But I think adding shampoo is something small that adds a lot of value.

The food was good the 1st night but got progressively worse.

I had 3 criteria: 1 pet OK, 2 Swimming Pool, 3 Sauna. I blame Booking.com for misleading me.I searched for a year-round pool, and later, I discovered it was the season. OK, I was not happy, but it still had a Sauna.The sauna was only available on advance notice and charged extra at 4 Euros per person! Location: The entire area was private fenced-off land with no access, so if you are a hiker, forget it.Cleanliness: The place was clean, but the linen was so cheap and used that it had slubs. It's Gross to sleep on.The fridge was the smallest I have ever seen. I could not fit a standard pack of cheese and meat in it! It was broken anyway.We ordered the same meal each night (Dear Goulash)! 2nd night portions we half! On the 3rd night, the same food dish was half size and watered down, and there was little meat and no vegetables. I complained, but they did nothing.The room was advertised as an Executive Suite with two bedrooms. It was one open room with beds at each end. The two doors in the photo are misleading: door 1 is for the toilet, and door 2 is for the shower.Furnished with Ikea low-budget throughout.I could have rented 2 rooms in a proper hotel that met all my criteria for the same price!

It’s an amazing place to stay for weekend! We stayed in December, everywhere was snowy and white :) Stunning landscape! Very friendly, sweet staff and owner ! Dinner and breakfast was so delicious with perfect price! We really liked everything about this place and thinking about visiting again in spring :) I highly recommend!

Shampoo, shower gel and hair dryer would make this place 11/10 :)

The location of the resort was perfect. There are beautiful natural sceneries within a few minutes of walk. They also served exceptional dinner and breakfast. And the staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was cosy, big enough, nicely decorated and very tidy.

The property was well situated in the forest area, very clean and absolutely peaceful. The room was very big and everything was spotlessly clean and very well kept. Beds were big and very comfortable with great bedding.We ate at the property and it was simply great, we were very impressed with our stay. The staff was also lovely and helpful. We'd happily stay again.

A very nice guesthouse in the beautiful countryside. Comfortable rooms, nice accommodating staff, very good breakfast.
