Pros +
- Lovely peaceful location in a beautiful rural area of northern Germany. Informal feel and felt very German.
- Large suite for our stopover on our way to Austria. The sweet receptionist welcomed us when we arrive late and again at breakfast the next morning.
- Spacious rooms, good breakfast, and nice garden and swimming pool.
Cons -
- Fixtures and fittings were dated and hotel needs some investment in areas such as bedrooms and bathrooms.
- Rooms were cold and there was a draft sleeping next to the windows.
- Some elements in the room were outdated / need attention, for example Main bedroom was missing a curtain (little unhandy when baby needs to nap), broken sink in bathroom so couldn’t be used.

After hard work you could relax in very nice hotel with nice staff. When ulubione a window fresh Air from the forest is coming inside your room. IF someone is looking good place for relax after long trip or surfing business trip i donrecommend it. Also very good breakfast is strong point of this place.
Relatively short distance from the autobahn. Value for money. Nice staff.
My bathroom had pitched roof, I couldn’t take a shower standing, had to use the bathtub (I assume I got the last available room that night). The quality of the breakfast could have been better. Dirty dishes. The hotel appeared in the app as a four star hotel, but did not meet the expectations.
Nice wellness area. Good breakfast, but it was very hard to catch a table in the morning.
Large room with balcony. Very friendly staff.
Off the road and away from everything, but not far. We had our own house, perfect for a family of four. Playground, pool, nice breakfast, friendly staff - everything was perfect!
An air, quiet, clean, breakfast
The pillows, no tea set, no drinking water
This hotel is situated south of Hamburg bed Soltau. Excellent situated by the forest and calm and nice hotel
Very nice staff, the restaurant at the hotel is very good as well
I wish the finnish sauna was also open during the day, it is only open between 17:00-22:00
