Hotel Kras

Amazing view, top location near Moravsky Kras (which was actually really amazing). The staff were super friendly and supportive and the wellness - that was clearly a wonderful experience! The room are equipped with a bathrobe and slippers also for our small kids! The food was delicious and the Pilsen beer - oh my gosh!! So far, this accomodation was one of the best we've ever attended. We will definitely come again!

Very nice, freshly renovated hotel on the slope of hill above lake. Very nice view. Modern clean room, quiet surroundings (lots of birds). Good breakfast, very good restaurant. Wellness zone with jaccuzi an pool. Nice helpful staff. Close to all attractions of Moravian Karst

Hotel and room facilities, breakfast.A complete disappointment. It was sheer luck that I only booked for one day due to the high price. The place is extremely boring—there’s nothing to do except take walks. The room is quite old-fashioned and not fresh. There’s no coffee machine or kettle in the room, and no drinking water is provided at all. The hotel restaurant only operated in the evening until 8 p.m., which is not enough considering the complete lack of other restaurants or entertainment nearby. Breakfast consisted of pre-sliced ham, cheese, yogurt, a few fruits, and lots of bread and pastries… definitely not an option for those who prefer healthy hot breakfasts. The bedding was low-quality, with sheets made of cotton jersey—unacceptable for a 4-star hotel.

the location is very convenient, close to the wonders of Moravian Karst and not far from the city of Brno, the staff members were very friendly and accommodating, the bed was very comfortable and we had a great time. relaxing in the wellness facilities. Also the food and drinks in the restaurant were delicious and beautifully arranged.

We were travelling from Poland (Gdańsk) to Croatia (Rijeka). This hotel is exactly in the middle of the trip. It was perfect for us. With all the nature around and the kid's playground we could rest for the other part of the trip. Excellent and flexible customer service. We arrived at 9 am and could have breakfast which we wouldn't eat the next day as we left at 4 am in the morning. The restaurant had delicious food for a reasonable price (compared with Croatia)We spent almost all day in the pool and in the jacuzzi.

The floor in the swimming pool and jacuzzi is slippery, you really need to be careful.At the entrance to the terrace from the swimming pool there is a metal step which gets really hot in the sun. Our daughter burnt her foot . This is something to consider to change our watch for

The hotel was beyond our expectations!!!. Starting with the location ,spot on,beautiful,quite rural areas,The hotel staff was really helpful and friendly. Kitchen cuisine was delicious, overall highly recommended place for family stay. Things worth mentioning inside the hotel Kras are a swimming pool ,hot tub and jacuzzi, and also play room with darts, PlayStation and more, so plenty things to do. If we plan to go in this area again, we will definitely stay in this place again..

Breakfast was good, although not much change through the week happened. Wellness was nice but quite small and easily crowded. Staff was very attentive and highlight of the stay.

Negative experience was with apple juice at breakfast where it wasn't replenished and was clean water for 3 days. Seating area around the kids place was in bad shape

Great location, tasty food, amazing view from the room terrace and pretty kids friendly hotel. Spacious rooms and generally clean hotel.

Nothing that could end up being a deal breaker for visiting this hotel again. Some of the amenities for the kids seemed a bit used-ish and it would be nice to replace them (shouldn't be too big of an investment). It would also be great if room keys would be able to unlock the hotel entrance.

Amazing place with very friendly and supportive staff. Facility is placed near to nice lake what is great for walks and support view from hotel. We will definatelly come back again.

The location and the hotel itself were incredible! The staff was friendly and the rooms were flawless. We had a pleasent stay during the weekend, had a good night sleep. The place is quiet overall and a good getaway spot.The breakfast was a buffet and the food was awesome.We will stay there again definitely!

Too far from the highway (approx 40 minutes of country roads). If you don't stay in the hotel for some local attractions, choose something closer to the main road

Staff, smell of tobacco in the room, no basic appliances (i.e. kettle) or tea & coffee in the room or freely available tea/coffee in the kitchen area of the hotel for the guests.

The indoor pool, facilities for kids (PlayStation room, cinema etc) and the restaurant was great.

There was just one very minor thing, it would be great if the room TVs would be Netflix enabled. It did the kids good no to watch TV for a few days though :).
