- The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. The gym is limited, but adequate. The swimming is really big and beautiful. The breakfast was sufficient. The staff are very polite and helpful. Overall a very good wellness hotel to spend a few nights.
- Big, spacious room. Good location.
Cons -
- They charged us even though we had already paid over Booking. When I asked for a refund they told us to talk to Booking. It's their fault they double charged us, they should be the ones to refund.
- It was a hot day and not a single bottle of water in the room. From all the listed SPA facilities (sauna, massages, hot tub etc.) only the swimming pool was available. Cheapest one ply toilet paper and in general it looks like the management is saving on everything. It looked like the staff was lacking adequate training and I can only guess that it was yet another symptom of bad management.
