Large and beautiful garden, comfortable bed, spacious room. Quiet, private, romantic, dogs friendly, very safe parking for motorcycles, convenient to small stores, restaurants and even post office.

This is a characterful hotel set in one of the famous ‘Mexican villas’ of the Ubaye valley. Our room, in the annex, was large, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring our stay went without a hitch. The bar is novel, set outside in the shade of a large tree which must be delightful in the summer. Dinner was outstanding, one of the best meals of a high quality tour, and was matched by breakfast. There is oodles of secure parking.

Bar man drank more than us, but entertaining.

The barman was great, infact all the staff were great and very helpful. The restaurant was exceptional and apparently once had a michelin star.

The swimming pool was covered, a real shame as if there was open with a nice terrace it would be a perfect place as the potential is there.

Beautiful property set in lovely grounds in a quiet village. Wonderful breakfast outdoors enjoying the gardens. Warm welcome. Large room. Comfy bed. Tea/Coffee making facilities appreciated.

Nothing - it was all really good

Beautifully renovated villa with modern annexe in the grounds. Set back from the main road in large grounds with swimming pool and garden bar. Attentive owner/ host and all very relaxed. Food in the restaurant is quite simply excellent. Secure parking and ideally located for touring around. Could not ask for much more.Highly recommended.

Vila is in the nice place. Room was apacioj as and very comfortable. Swim Ming pool has roof top so could be used on colder days.

All was fine.

Location for driving the Route de Grand Alpes is excellent. Free upgrade of room very nice and dinner was superb.

No aircon in room , wanted to leave at 0700 but no one there for check out , ended up waiting till 0750 before I could leave .

Everything about this hotel. It was extremely relaxed & our dogs were very welcome. Excellent restaurant with superb dinner & breakfast. We liked it so much that we returned for a further four nights in August

Meal was dissapointing and expensive.

- Very Friendly stuff, parking and location- Very good breakfast

- Key to the room is generic - you can open door with any generic key that you can find eg in another doors.- First day, some one (while i wasnt in the room) was in my room, make self a coffee, left trash on the table and leave leaving door not locked. Hotel appologies for this… appologies is not enough in my opinion.- Wifi: one day it was working and the other day not
