Well located to futuroscope and motorway Breakfast was surprisingly good, easy check in and out Price was reasonable

Beds weren't comfortable (but my son if loved the bunk bed so if he's happy, I'm happy) Rooms were basic but i knew what I was expecting when I booked

Philipe on reception was excellent. Beds are very comfortable. Parking is excellent. Value for money

The shower is very small and water pressure is not great .

It had everything to have a good stay. It’s not luxurious, but a great value for the money paid.

The room was a bit small to fit a baby traveling cot. Also the bathroom was very small

Price and convenient location when on a roadtrip

Reception was shot down and I had mist that information (I’m on a road trip). So suddenly I had to put my energy and my nerves in getting it fixed. Was solved in no time. Credit for the staff

Wifi did not work in our room, and our room was facing the highway so the traffic was very loud all night.

Not a bad location and communication from the hotel was very good. Near a couple of supermarkets and one or two restaurants. The price for the room was good and it was quite quiet.

The room was very shabby with, in very poor condition and had an unpleasant smell. There was not enough soap supplied, two small sachets for two adults is completely inadequate. I suppose you get what you pay for

Affordable place... Close to Futuroscope.

There was a smell in the room when we arrived at night like someone smoked... we had to open the windows. Other than that everything else is ok for the price.

Nothing to like with this one whatsoever. It was genuinely terrible - See dislikes. As a bonus however and kinda relative, there was an Aldi just 5 mins walk away, so after checking in we managed to go and get food and drink for the evening.

No staff on site whatsoever at any stage (even during check in) - The contactless check in was explained via messages / email prior to arriving. The room smelt terrible (damp / mouldy). The shower head support where it's supposed to be attached to the wall so you can stand underneath it and shower as normal was broken, clearly for some time too. So showering "hands free" was definitely not fun! The pillows were a disgrace (not sure they could even be classed as a pillows and I'm not a princess), we had to roll up our clothes to make pillows. I made a request to ideally have a room close to where we parked our motorcycle overnight (motorcycle would be locked and covered as normal) but if you're a biker you'll understand this part - Bizarrely there are a handful of rooms that mean you can't even see the car park whatsoever, so guess which room we ended up with! In summary, there are many budget hotels in this area (Futuroscope) and if you take anything from this review, take the next part - Book at one of the other hotels, not this one. We stay at a lot of budget hotels throughout Europe and this one has been the worst by far, avoid it.

Easy access. Friendly staff. Breakfast OK.

No proper reception, all contactless. Such a palaver getting the code for the key,someone could have been there and served us properly.

It's the cheapest hotel to go to Futurescope and it's close ish from the park, check the distance on Google maps. There's an Auchan supermarket close too. It's clean.

The check-in is by email and you can only collect the keys after 16:00. We had to pay 5 euros to leave our luggage on Futurescope.

Nightmare to check in as reception closed.WiFi virtually none existent. Bed felt damp.

Nothing special about this hotelStaff member barely spoke any English or Spanish. Only French.

Room floor was very dirty an dusty. Bed wasn’t comfortable and bedding was old and smelly. Hotel is further away from motorway exit than most of them, I had stayed in other hotels closer to the motorway exit.
