Friendly staff, 15-20 min walk to the Futuroscope. Great French breakfast

Shower drain was clogged when we checked in. Staff had to come fix it while we were gone though.

The staff, the location, the evening restaurant at the hotel. Organisation is great, perfect for a stay at futuroscope with the family.

THe breakfast was disappointing, and the price was ridiculous.

Location good for Futuroscope but not the closest. Very crowded - breakfast mediocre /simply not enough stations for the volume of people.

Too crowded - breakfast was mobbed. No visible theme of ‘Jules Verne’ so a bit disappointing in terms of link Tom Futuroscope - it’s just a basic hotel.

Pleasant

Room very noisy. Opening hours of bar that were advertised were not adhered to. Wi Fi didn't work despite complaint it was not resolved.

The room is good for a family with small kids but I missed a cattle to have some warm water.

The breakfast was less than mediocre. it didn't have eggs or anything warm. The restaurant day and nigh really fell short of expectations.

Location

Very poor service. Due to staff shortage the hotel facilities were not available. Restaurant closed, bar closed. Although they served a student group a limited menu we, as guests, were to stay in our room (3 adults sharing) as the communal areas closed. Poor choice in vending machines. No compensation given, not even an apology.

The location is perfect if you visit the futuroscope. The room was very clean and confortable. The bathroom very clean but a little bit small.

The breakfast was good, but to expansive for the choice.

The location is perfect to be able to walk to Futuroscope in just minutes. The beds were comfortable. The rooms were very clean. The best part is that they have family rooms which for a family of 5 is perfect. The restaurant staff was very personable and helpful, even during the peak moments. A good value for the price.

The family rooms are really tight, not a lot of space for all of our belongings.

The reception staff when we arrived were brilliant. The room was very good, clean and comfortable.We used the hotel as a stopover and we couldnt have chosen one easier to find, more or less at the end of the exit slip road from the motorway

If we had one criticism the food at break fast although plentiful lacked an bit of freshness.

We had a room with extra 3 beds in it. That was weird.

The room was very spacious. We had a family room as we were travelling with 2 kids. We had a separate bedroom from the kids while being in the same room. Breakfast is good with a good choice of cereal, yoghurts, croissants as well as some cooked options such as sausages and eggs. The hotel is very well located to visit Futuroscope. This is not a fancy hotel but all amenities are there and everything works as it should. It is also very clean and the staff if very nice.

The staff was friendly, good location along highway for an overnight stay.

- overall value for money is very low and would recommend other hotels nearby (we had a good stay at Originals city on our way to south of France, same price but much better facilities)- reserved a room for four, but one single bed was not prepared.- insufficient amount of towels supplied- weird smell in bathroom area- overpriced. Compared to Origninals City Hotel (across the street) value for money is way less. - breakfast is very poor. Lack of nutritious options, large queues, no windows or natural light in breakfast area. Poor assembly of bread and a lot of unhealthy options for kids on display (e.g. Nutella pancakes)

Location was perfect for an overnight stop on our journey to Montalivet. Parking was available free. We checked in at 2.30am which was very convenient.

Rooms for families of 5! Great breakfast buffet with pancakes, croissants, cereal, sausages and egg. Plenty of hot drink machines. Helpful, friendly staff. 20mins walk from the park entrance. Clean, quiet rooms, hot showers and loads of parking.

The family room was excellent; lots of space and comfortable beds. Separate shower, washbasin and toilet also good. Basic but good value for money.
