    Cons -

    • There was nobody there to help with anything. There was no instruction on how things worked. If you don’t read Spanish , and I don’t , you got a problem.Could not make the heater work, tried calling, no luck. Luckily the fireplace put out some heat and I had my sleeping bag.
    • The water was cold so bath couldn’t be used.
    • No amenities, poor food variety in the morning. No restaurant around

The concept and vibe of the hotel were unique and cool. Staff was highly responsive and helpful. Bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent

The shower in particular had quite a bit of rust

Liked the facilities and very good value and huge breakfast delivered to your door.

Maybe bit remote for some, short drive to nearby town with all you could need.Could do with bit of tlc but would definitely stay again.

    8StephaniePosted on: 10-28-2024

    Calm and well equipped

No key to lock the glassdoor, no coffee pod refill during the stay

    Good bed.

We got here because of the good reviews, but had a bad experience. We booked 2 nights.- When we arrived, the room smelt like cigarette smoke (but really). When we reported it, the room was sprayed with a 'very good' spray. The employee mentioned that previous guests also smoked marihuana in the room. At first, we smelt more spray than smoke, but during night the cigarette smoke was present again and since I have ashtma and allergies it got bad.- In the meantime we also discovered dog's hairs and the filthy old pink couch with numerous indefinable spots. The accommodation is dated, which is illustratated by displaying certificates of excellence of 10 years ago (that summarizes it quite to the point).- In the evening, we had to act as hosts, because guests of the adjacent complex that has the same owner, arrived and could not access the terrain. The owner dit not respond their calls and messages. We got them onto the terrain eventually.- The apartment has a private garden with pool, fenced by a hedge and a door in the hedge which can be locked electronically. The apartment itself cannot be locked. We did not like this, but in the end we got a key of the apartment as well.- After the first night, I felt really bad. We decided that we tried to stay one night here but wanted to leave, because we were on holiday and we want to have a good time. And yes, admittedly, they offered us alternatives. Firstly to move to another room in the same complex. But honestly, the rooms are very dated. From the shower to the furniture. Only the bed is good. And the major point, it was not clean. Except from the smoke and the dog's hairs, the room was dusty. What could we expect in a different room? They also offered us an apartment in Cuenca, of which we also read recent reviews about bad cleaning. With my allergies I did not want to stay there.

Was a great stay, the room provides full privacy what was exactly what was searching for. Have a great bath tub (works perfectly) + private pull that are perfect and the organic breakfast amazing(they even adjusted it for our food restrictions and brought it fresh on the time we settled). There was also a small fridge and microwave in the room that allowed us to bring food to the room. Most of all, all staff respect our request for privacy, was an amazing stay for my partner and I.

The only down point (a bit) the water in the bathroom passed the shower area sometimes during showers, making the whole bathroom wet, but the staff helped us when that happened.

Back to nature boutique set of apartments kitted our with old furniture. Small outdoor pool and restful area to take advantage of during good weather.Secure area with parking but note: access is not possible before 2 pm even with the pass number.Staff our remote but helpful, though speaking some Spanish would help when calling the general number.

Safe deposit box is something we feel to be important for securing valuables wasn’t working and, even if it was, was not attached to the wall and very light ie easy to walk away with. No kettle. Us British love our cuppa!!

Peace and quiet, secluded polite hekpful staff

Quirky hotel, loved the privacy and garden area. Best breakfast ever!

Would have been happier if the patio door had locked.

    8PetraPosted on: 9-3-2024

Very special place. Big room and bathroom, cute little garden with private pool. Very quiet place in the middle of nature. Staff is very friendly and accommodating I give them a 10

Interior maybe a little dated. Because there are not many choices of restaurants around a little kitchen would be convenient instead of a jacuzzi. Because the quietness of the location is such a quality it would be good to prohibit playing music. Our neighbors clearly didn’t appreciate the stillness.

Unique, quirky and quiet location, excellent fresh breakfast.

It’s very tired, in fairness it is clean but does need some financial input to bring it up to other hotels that come within their price range. The patio doors (entrance) could not be locked and although a primary door does exist, it’s easily bypassed, therefore all valuables need taking with you if going out.

Lovely room and pool for a quiet weekend away from Madrid. The pool is really nice and the place is great for a few days of rest.

    The breakfast was underwhelming.

    6EyalPosted on: 7-11-2024

    Pleasant

No one answer our call when we tried to enter the complex. The codes that were given to us didn’t work.No one answer our call regarding the password for the WIFI and therefore we couldn’t to the internet . There was no one to answer our questions.

Unusual, quirky and very private with our own little garden. Enjoyed the indoor jacuzzi - a real treat! Short drive into Cuenca - parked near the tourist information centre just off the main road.

Can’t think of anything we disliked - perhaps slightly difficulty in finding the place.

Great place to relax and enjoy silence. A comfortable and spacious room, nice private pool and tasty breakfast made our experience there perfect.

А little bit weird shower stand

The jacuzzi and the swimming pool, amazing break outside the city

It is in a small town, outside the city so looks like is normal when there is not water for hours. Unfortunately I had a bad day due to no water in the whole day and night. Can’t even use the toilets due to that. Anything else was amazing to disconnect a a little bit from the city
