Great for motel experience alone

Included breakfast was bit of a joke, just croissant juice n coffee while thats nowhere. So we had to spend good enough for breakfast afterwards

Everything was good. Could have done with a bottomless cup of tea or coffee.

The mattress was too hard. Husband got up aching the next day. I was the same.

The hotel was on the motorway, on the way to Bilbao harbour

It would be great if they had family rooms, we were given rooms next to each other though.

Great staff, nice cafe with good food options, really great room and breakfast. Perfect for an overnight stay.

Good location for a layover between Southern Spain and either the Spannish ferry ports or Northern Europe. Hotel clean and comfortable

The room had seen better days , no breakfast included but you could pay for one. Used to stay there on the way back from Southern Spain to the ferries in the North , its near a motorway so that's good for one night. Used to get a fantastic meal there when the restaurant proper opened at 8:00PM - what a disapointment , it was the worst meal in Spain EVER, I broke a fork on the so called steak - looked like it had been cooked for lunch and left, the veg were that colour they take on when they've been cooked for SEVERAL hours. WE will NOT be going back

It was nice to have a ground floor room, the staff were very friendly and polite and the whole hotel was very clean.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The lady even gave us a room on the ground floor so that my husband didn´t have to walk up the stairs ! Everywhere was very clean.

The room was a little cool especially during the night.

couldnt find this hotel,only the restaurant was visible,nobody knew of it ( not even the petrol station close by)

Only being near to Bilbao for the port

Not an easy place to find. Would not use again. Overpriced. Difficult for anyone with disability as all accommodation on first floor up quite steep stairs. Food is typical motorway warm up and pricey!

Location good from Bilbao ferry port. HOWEVER badly signed off of the road AP68. No mention of "AS Altube Hotel. Confusing for foreign travellers such as ourselves.

Signage not clear off the AP68 road. AS Altube should be mentioned.ALSO shower not cleaned. Dirt in the shower tray and left over shampoo in the shower (head and shoulders). 2 empty miniture AS complimentary shower gel bottles on floor in shower. Obviously NOT been cleaned between clients. Most off putting.
