Very attentive host and staff. We took a room with seaview terrace and it was excellent.

The breakfast was great! It was delivered to us every morning with our preference of coffee. Everyone at the hotel was so lovely, attentive and helpful to anything that we needed. The rooftop terrace really made the whole experience even better, we were able to have breakfast on it and relax there after a long day at the beach.

They were very welcoming upon my arrival. The room was very nice, accurate to what was depicted in the pictures. The views incredible. And free streaming.

What a stunning location, beautifully designed and serviced accommodation and excellent staff. Panagiotis was so friendly and helpful, he really made our stay go smoothly and even helped us with beach towels and laundry. The views from our room and terrace were spectacular and breakfast was a delight.

Pretty much everything was as expected or better.

The suite is beautifully decorated, every nook is cozy and comfortable. The standout though is the view. It is breathtaking and you get to enjoy it from a stunning private balcony. Nice breakfast too brought to your room

Getting to it can be challenging—you leave the car at the beginning of the village on a steep incline and there are several steps and a path-gorgeous but challenging. Pack light though the staff is always willing to help. It did get easier after the first time and the end result is worth the effort

Amazing Room and Amazing location! Super clean and comfy ?

We were delighted. The staff was excellent, and it was one of the most welcoming places we have stayed. Mr Panagiotis offered us both a welcome and goodbye gift, which was unexpected but an incredibly thoughtful gesture. We highly recommend it for couples.

I had a perfect stay in the smallest room of the hotel, it had everything I needed, even a beautiful little garden. It has a comfortable bed, great linens, a small fridge and a perfect bathroom, plus many other treats and unexpected luxuries! The decor is minimal and traditional in the most beautiful way and the breakfast delivered to my room was out of this world! Local delicious products, the best breakfast I've had in a long time! Kardiani is also a breathtaking town! The manager went above and beyond to be accommodating and kind, he was wonderful to talk to about the town's history and even had a small treat for me at the end of the stay. There was someone to help with luggage as well. Staying here was more than a visit, it was a wonderful cultural experience in Tinos! I hope to return again!

The room was beautiful and view stunning. However, our terrace was very small and over looked. The breakfast is brought to your room, there was no table in our room and the terrace was too small, so eating breakfast was difficult in our room. Coffee and the hot dish were cold on arrival. No options or choice, very limited. Good to see local produce being used.

The arrival was a disaster and left us with an uncomfortable feeling for our 2 day stay. Firstly, do not follow the hotel instructions past the dead end sign if it is busy, it leads you down a very very steep road and we had no where to turn at the bottom. It was very stressful not knowing if we could get our hired car back up the step road without a scratch or burnt out clutch. There was no one there to meet us and when they did come they didn’t help us with our luggage and they were not interested in helping us with our car. They were very rude and dismissive. Be aware there is no supermarket in the village, buy what you need before arriving. You absolutely need a car, especially to go to the beach and restaurants. There is only one within walking but is excellent. We ate there both nights as we didn’t want to move the car, parking is an issue in high season.

Second time in Tinos but first time in Kardiani and I will definitely visit again. The property is very well located and our host did his outmost to make us feel welcome and share his passion for the island. The room was small but had access to the most gorgeous terrace overlooking the Aegean. The breakfast was good, served at our preferred time at the room or the terrace. Good selection of drinks and snacks at the mini bar. Great value for money! Perivoli restaurant is just 5 minutes away and we really enjoyed their fabulous cousine twice.

As mentioned the specific room was small so if you are planning to stay all day in your A/C reading your book I would not recommend it. Also Kardiani is a traditional village with limited car access and parking capacity. The folks from living theros helped us with our suitcases on arrival and departure but you still park 10-15 minutes away. I would not recommend the place if you have mobility issues. Parking was ok during our stay however we were there at the beginning of the touristic season so not sure how easy it'd be finding parking in August.

Amazing view and beautiful room, especially the bathroom.

Breakfast was ok, and size of room too, but had better and considering the price a little disappointed in these two.

The facilities with great and simple Greek style design. The amazing views from the terrace, from every window you open and especially from the roof.The amazing roof equipped with everything you need to relax, including a gorgeous small pool.But on top of all of that, amazing owners who did everything that they could to make our stay perfect. Panagiotis was more than the hotel owner he became a friend, helping us with everything we needed. He has amazing knowledge about history and a great partner for a good conversation.The location in the middle of one of the most beautiful villages in Tinos is a bonus as well.And last, Perivoli = a culinary jewl in the heart of kardiani 2 minute walk from the hotel that can easily be named the best tavern in Tinos and one of the best in Greece

Great rooms in a fantastic location - would strongly recommend staying in Kardiani, enjoying the view and walking through its streets. The room was really cozy and receiving the homemade breakfast in a box every morning, a real treat! Staff was really friendly, would visit again.

Living Theros -and the village of Kardiani - is stunning. We had a lovely couple of nights there in a beautiful room overlooking the mountain and down to the sea. It was such a pleasure staying there and exploring the traditional cycladic village clinging onto the side of the hill. We were looked after very well and the breakfast was delicious - delivered to our door each morning. Highly recommended

Room (5) was a bit small .

We had an outstanding stay here. Our room was beautifully decorated, extremely comfortable and had an amazingly views over to Syros. A delicious breakfast was served in our room daily and changed every day. The village of Kardiani is the most beautiful village on the island and we loved the two restaurants in the village. We cannot drive and relied on buses and taxis to explore other areas of the island and this worked well for us. There are a range of hikes you can make also from the village.Panagiotis and his team are warm and helpful and also organised a really thoughtful surprise for my partners birthday - something I really appreciated. We highly recommend Living Theros!

Great location for exploring the island, and the steps around the village certainly kept us fit during our stay. The outdoor space with views over the bay and the sound of the sheep below was so peaceful! Breakfast was wonderful, something different each day, and the delicious Greek yogurt and cakes were a highlight. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and they gave us all the recommendations of thing to do and places to eat. All in all, it was a peaceful and wonderful stay and we would love to come back one day.

1. It is recommended that the water be heated in the Jaguzzi for the cold autumn days and beyond2. Underground the twisted cables of the PPC because they are a bit disturbing to see. Observation from a demanding customer who pays attention to the smallest detail.
