Pros +
- Hostess and meal were great. Very good value. Lovely rural location.
- The staff was very polite and helpful
- The staff was more than excellent as we were late and they contacted us when we did not arrive at the time we informed them about. They waited for us until almost 23.00. We were late because of the traffic in Italy and Switzerland. They already wrote a note in case we would arrive even later.
Cons -
- Bedroom a bit small and “stuffy”.
- I had been told that the room window would look at the side of the building but in fact it looked in front of the building and the passing cars and motorbikes were pretty noisy. Mattresses were quite stiff.
- No hotel parking. No air-conditioning. Very dusty closet. Staff doesn't speak English or German. The breakfast was very basic, low quality and not fresh.

Good quiet neighberhood (beides the loud motorbikers bar nextdoor). Friendly staff. Elevator to all floors. We did not hear the other guests.

Good price
No veggie options at hotel or in town and the meal we finally got in a nearby town was awful.
Traditional Alsacian hotel, with many rustic features. Double glazed windows with shutters. Simple tasty breakfast. Quiet within the hotel - we heard nothing from the other guests, of which there were many.
The bathroom was quite dated (plastic shower curtain, rather than a shower screen, for example).
Staff was kind, room was big enough and was cleaned everyday.
Beds were not comfortable, its restaurant was closed in time we stayed. There is no reception after 7pm
Friendly staff, good breakfast, good value
Easy to find. Staff super: I was late for check in (very late) and they did everything to ensure I could access the hotel and room at late evening
Floor and room slightly tired, not really negative but a refresh would benefit
Very friendly reception. Quiet room - although hotel is at the main street.
The latest check-in time is 19. Should be extended at least to 21.Dinner in restaurant must be booked before 16 hours. This is not very useful for an overnight stay on a long distance trip. A reason not to stay there again.
the room is comfortable and clean. It’s close to Colmar and the other cities. easy to find a parking spot.
the pillows were extremely uncomfortable.

11€ for the breakfast was a bit too much
Very friendly staff, confortable hotel close to village centre
Location, cleanliness, facilities, most were great!
Only one thing - in booking.com it was mentioned in the facilities that the room will have a balcony. But it didn’t. That was one of my criterias for booking.
