- The first night we had an annoying noise in the room, that seem to come from the aircon, but we couldn't locate it exactly. Upon check out it was first already hard to find someone to arrange the check out and she didn't really seem to believe us about the noise. I do hope this got taken care of.

The location, the facilities at the hotel, room, and staff. Were all excellent.
Breakfast choice was good but too many flies on and around food. Would benefit by covers over the food and fly prevention methods. Restaurant food was limited. More healthier choice of food preferred.

The place is absolutely amazing, the view, the lake...The room was super clean, bed comfy, wellness and pool looked amazing. Stuff was super nice and helpful. The food in restaurant was also really good.
I had higher expectations for breakfast, to be honest. I expected a larger selection and taste of food and better coffee.but maybe that's just my sweet tooth :)

Location was very remote for a business trip with little going on in the surrounding area. It was very quiet but this was really a bonus. I cannot comment regarding a family get away but given the large RV parking and excellent lake I can imagine in the right season this will be a very popular and excellent place for a remote getaway from city life. Young lady waitress in the restaurant was very chatty and pleasant.
Nothing really. The hotel was everything we expected from a business trip. If I were to be picky I would say that the lock on the door to the swimming pool etc was very difficult to open for persons with limited grip. The small rotating knob is certainly ill thought out.

Did not have time or breaskfast. Dinner was great. Personnel was super nice! We had the saunas /pool all to ourselves - perfect!!

Fitness Centre in Bad condition, 2 of 4 Cardio machines not working, no ventilation and extremely hot and humid.Sauna only operational from 3pm without exception although you have to give staff notice 30 minutes ahead of time.
