Room was very clean and fresh as were the beds. Staff were friendly and helpful

The receptionist was very kind and helpful, especially because she was also operating the coffee shop and connivence store register.

The was nothing to dislike

The staff weren't exceptionally friendly but I guess it's because the receptionists are also the ones who serve food and coffee to the people there - because the reception desk followed in a food and coffee counter...

Friendly staff. Room was clean and had a stunning view of the mountains. It was also a quiet room since it is next to the highway, that is when you close the window. It is quite loud with the windows open.

The beds. Although the matress is alright, the pillow gives zero head- or necksupport and the blanket is either tightly woven or very high insulating so we had quite the sweat at night and without the blanked or with the sheet it was too cold. I do not know of this is a common point of feedback but I would recommend that this gets looked into. Other than that, it was a great place to stay.

Right off the highway, clean and great for a stop overnight. Looks from the outside were deceiving but the room was perfect for what I wanted which was a clean restful night. My view from the room balcony was lovely and peacefully quiet.

Loved the store and restaurants attached as it’s been difficult, as an American to find ‘convenience stores’ for simple supplies. There is also a restaurant and famous coffee shop down the hill which was fun to walk through and shop a little. Room was great, view was fabulous. Location was perfect, right off the road and between our destinations. Would definitely stay again.

Very clean and comfortable, and the view!!!!

The way it's built into a convenience store and burger king makes it rather impersonal. The staff were functional but too busy to be friendly and difficult to get help with any questions. We really missed having a kettle to make ourselves a coffee in the morning. But the kids loved the playground!

Very good stopping point on long trip as in service station but other side of small hillside so no road noise and great views over fields to the mountains. Modern and clean.

Silence, good rooms, perfect location, surprise effect to check in at a Raststätte and then have a perfectly nice experience with a smart setup.

Nice, clean room with a nice view of the mountains. Convenient parking on the back of the hotel.

Breakfast was in the regular Raststätte café, very crowded and noisy.

Just off the motorway, in a service area, but no road noise in the room which was in a modern extension. Very clean.

For the information of travellers, less than 1km down the road there is a petrol station where petrol is 50 cents per litre cheaper!

Good Location when travelling through. Nice view.

The bathroom Could be cleaner… bed was very narrow.

That was comfortable stay with comfort two single beds. Can't complain. Clean and spacious room.

Complicated to reach reception. It resides in the entance on the right to Burger King. ---- cleaning stuff entered room without notice twice!!! at 9 and 9:20 Am which makes me angry.

Room surprisingly good quality. View to the mountains was a nice surprise for somewhere 1 minute from the Autobahn

No air con. Just a little to warm on the night meant the whole family did not rest as completely as we would have wanted to.

Very traumatic. I got hold up on croatian border and could not check in to hotel i was counting on

I was not able to check in as property rejected my rescheduled check in and i was charged for my staj even though property was unreachable via phone and did not let me to come later

Location

NO PRIVATE PARKING! Upon arrival, a very unfriendly receptionist said that they have no private parking and blamed Booking for posting this "misleading" information. No clear description or signs for finding the reception which is located inside the shopping/dining area.

Location, just off the motorway but no traffic noise.

WiFi, there was none.Power system was not strong enough for a kettle.

Great stop while traveling. Very convenient location. Breakfast right beside accomodation. Great playground for kids while adult can enjoy deliciuos breakfast with a view
