    • Everything was perfect! The view, the room, the spa, the food and everyone there.
    • Everything. Awesome location with amazing views, fantastic service, delicious food, very nice facilities.
    • Breakfast and Spa

    Cons -

    • Check-in process - very old school, we had to wait quite some time until, we received cards from our room and even though we did the check in online in the booking app, we had to fill out everything again upon our arrival.
    • - the water in the outside pool was insuficiently heated (in winter time was a little cold)- they did not have a proper ski room (not having ski warmers)
    • Comparing to previous year they have less interest in client satisfaction. The room was cold, lack of toiletries ( no hair conditioner or toothpaste ), tap water is charged 3 euro, the pool was dirty, dinner was less tasty then the previous year. No more the fine dinning I was expecting.

-loved the property (the views are nice), lot of fresh air, not crowded (many restaurants, acceptable pool side)-very good food -around 30m by car to many ski resorts (incl Schladming)

    - the water in the outside pool was insuficiently heated (in winter time was a little cold)- they did not have a proper ski room (not having ski warmers)

Beautiful castle with a nice spa area and cozy rooms! The food, both dinner and breakfast, were great and the staff is excellent. They also offer a free shuttle service if you arrive by train :)

The hotel is set in a stunning landscape, offering breathtaking views of the mountains or picturesque villages wherever you look. The hotel rooms are newly furnished and very well maintained. The outdoor pool is absolutely amazing. Dinner was excellent.

Upon arrival, no one offered to help us with our luggage. The hotel Wi-Fi is very slow. In the spa area, even when no one is there, the loungers are occupied all day with towels—staff could remove them and make the loungers available to guests. The beds have extremely soft mattresses, which are not ideal for sleeping.

Most of all, I liked very kind, hospital and attentive team of the hotel. It is clear that there is very good management and they take care regarding their employees. The food is excellent, the breakfast is one of the best, which I ever had. The products are high quality and you can feel it. The dinner is also excellent, the service, everything.

    Nothing, we liked everything

A slice of thermal and culinary luxury at a very reasonable price for a night and a day.

Some staff in the restaurants sometimes seemed either stressed or a little unfriendly (but service was fine on the whole!)

    Location, cuisine, spa facilities

The New year’s gala program and very slow service during gala dinner

    Location and view is amazing.

We feeling like the staff and guests are not so welcome to have a (non german speaker) in around. I don’t know how to say it, but in case we ask for some enjoyable facilities or activity was sold out or full.

The room was very spacious, clean, nicely decorated, the beds were comfy, there was a coffees machine and water boiler with an assortment of tea and coffee. The restaurant had delicious food.Breakfast was plenty.Spa, swimming pool and gym were clean and very nice.Very kind with dogs, the room was prepared for the four-legged guest, too. We appreciated it very much.

Unfortunately some guests' kids sneezed on the coffee/tea table in the breakfast room, so even in a nice hotel, you're not save from impolite hotel guests.

Very helpful and friendly staff, perfect view, very good a la carte restaurant, the chef is amazing. Everything we ate was just perfection. Breakfast had good variety and there were gluten free, lactose free options available. It was a wonderfull experience.

The windows had spider webs and some very scary spiders??

    7OrsolyaPosted on: 8-4-2024

The location of the hotel is very good.

The room wasn’t properly cleaned. We mentioned at the reception our issues and asked for a proper clean but unfortunately it didn’t happen. Underneath the bed and in the corners were dusty and filthy and clearly hadn’t been cleaned for some time.

I liked everything in this hotel… location, facilities, spacious and comfortable room… breakfast and dinner were great.

Loved our suite - very comfortable. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Wonderful breakfast. Location wonderful to the sites in the area. Loved the golf course. Great food at the golf course.

    Nothing. Everything was wonderful.

Such a beautiful place to relax and unwind. The scenery was stunning. Historic beauty with modern amenities. Lovely indoor and outdoor pools. Beauty treatments were good. Clean, friendly with good food.

    10AndreasPosted on: 5-16-2024

Overall an excellent hotel. Rooms were spacious and clean, food was outstanding and the spa had all facilities. The hotel’s location, although remote, allows you to fully immerse in the Austrian countryside.

Nothing of substance, if I had to pick one was that the jacuzzi/outdoor swimming pool temperature could have been a bit warmer.

    10KennethPosted on: 5-15-2024

Have been here a couple of times, for a winters break and cross skiing. They have a perfect balance between luxury and a cosy setting, excellent dining and most importantly an excellent and friendly staff! Hope to be back again soon.

Should have made the stay longer...
