- The staff was excellent and went out of their way to help me get an SAS boarding pass on a Sunday when the SAS office was closed.
Cons -
- Location. Expensive taxi ride from the airport and to the cruise port canceled the savings of not staying in the central city.
- I was expecting a larger family room It was cramp Poor and old pillows Hot, no air and noisy place they had me. My son and I had to make due with limited bedbunk beds, a one doule bed. The gym and pool were small...
- There is a tile missing in the base of a bathroom wall and some mold in the shower.
