Cons -
- Most of the staff are super friendly with one notable exception that changes the experience, our second day the lady at the front desk was not very friendly and it felt as if we bothered her with our questions
- -I go fairly regularly to the loo and needed one more toilet roll, half more would have sufficed.
- Veal main course in restaurant was as tough as old boots.

Beautiful room and view of the mountains. Excellent restaurant and service. I highly recommend!
Large comfortable room.Turbot main course in restaurant was excellent.
Veal main course in restaurant was as tough as old boots.
The service at the hotel was exceptional, complemented by a warm and welcoming reception. The property itself is stunning, perfectly situated for enthusiasts of the outdoors, especially those keen on hiking, as it is conveniently close to the Gredos Platform car park. This strategic location provides easy access to numerous scenic trails, making it an ideal choice for anyone looking to explore the natural beauty of the area.
Although the restaurant's main course didn't meet my expectations, considering its high price and lack of distinction, the culinary journey got off to a promising start with delicious croquettes. The petit gateau dessert was also a delicious highlight. Although I expected a self-service breakfast, I found it pre-organized. However, the overall service provided by the staff was excellent, although the main course was not satisfactory.
Nice staff, peace and how they accommodated our small dog, making even an additional room at the restaurant for us
As always, I love being here and El Milano Real and the staff feel like family. A great location, excellent suites to stay in fantastic food. Thank you

Amazing oasis of calm with fabulous views of Gredos, beautiful mature garden, comfortable rooms and beds, and great restaurant with stunning views snd al fresco earring in the garden, serving delicious evening meals and exceptional breakfast served personally to our table, a real treat! 3 juices, cold table, Curtis and home made cakes, toast, freshly cooked scrambled egg, delicious rice pudding..The staff were very helpful and friendly too which makes the whole stay fabulous.
The common parts of the hotel look a little tired Ie the stairs etc and could benefit from some updating. But a minor issue..with high overslll comfort levels..
Great servive, we came late back from a hiking trip in the mountains but they allowed us into the restaurant.
Very good location, pleasant small garden, correct rooms.
The restaurant was excellent the first day, very disappointing the second, even if some dishes were the same. Another team in the kitchen, not up to standards?
Beautiful location, friendly staff and generally well maintained.Only negative was that most of the restaurants and bars in town were not open when we visited probably due to being out of season.Would definitely visit again.
Town facilities
Nice place to relax on the mountains. Nice room. Dinner at the restaurant and breakfast were very good. Friendly staff. Parking available on the spot
Room was under the roof, this should be clearer (especially for tall people). The garden and restaurant terrace could be organized better in terms of enjoying the view with a drink. Overall, these are minor improvements on a very good stay
friendly staff. very helpfull an warming. great place to stay.
nothing to mention here
