- A beautiful house very well located - quiet yet only a couple of minutes from beach and shops. We had a large room with well equipped bathroom.Breakfast was very good, served in interesting belle epoque room.Parking very secure. We hope to return for a longer stay. There is much to see in the area.
- Excellent breakfast and location very close to the beach. Staff very friendly and helpful with good recommendations for the town. Beautiful bathroom in our room.
- It was very quaint but breakfast was only continental and my husband does like to have the option of cooked breakfast. We stayed for 3 nights and found the room spacious and very clean.
Cons -
- The rooms are slightly small and a bit old fashioned but still charming
- There were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room which we would have liked. The charge was high because of the D-Day 80yrs Anniversary.
- Only a small issue but a proper shower would have been nice and a second pillow.

The continental breakfast was very good. We arrrived later than expected and Nadine kindly made us a pot of tea which was ver welcome. The hotel is very close to the sea and very quiet.Everyone was friendly and helpful.
The staff could not have been more helpful and the property is very charming.

This is a very charming hotel, the breakfast is excellent and the decor in the rooms is attractive.
There are really a LOT of stairs and this was a big problem for my husband.
The building is beautiful and with lots of history. It is very clean, comfortable and peaceful. The room and bed, shower etc all of high quality. The location is perfect by the town and just 2 minutes walk from the wonderful beach. If you want a b&b we highly recommend it.
It is described as a hotel but it is more of a b&b as there are not really any hotel facilities such as communal areas or any where for drinks or other services. Being described as a hotel we had expected it would have more ie. offer drinks or coffee and services for residents. Breakfast is offered at an extra cost. The one public space though then has the breakfast tables set out all day, which is a shame, as it makes it feel like you can't use the room at other times. This is a pity as it's a beautiful room but importantly it's the only communal space.
old-fashioned, unusual. proprietor proud of its Belle Époque links
tiny bedroom (proprietor said he allocates smallest rooms to booking.com because of the 15% fee.)
