location is very beautiful, staff is friendly

there is no kettle in the room, a bit mould in the bathroom ,

Nice location by the lake & close to town. Spacious if dated room. 10 minute walk to Viktoria restaurant (the only one in town!) where I had a good dinner. Breakfast was basic but good. Parking in hotel car park

A bit concerned when I arrived & hotel was closed & could not contact by phone but the lady appeared & checked me in

Overall, avoid at all cost....

Dirty, not cleaned rooms every day, communal fridge and cattle, cold, wires hanging from ceiling lights and so on…

Very nice friendly hotel.

If you walk, take the sidewalk by lake Barbara.Do not take “Husova” Street with unkept rowsof houses with broken doors and windows.

It has a nice location, very good communication with the staff.

Probably a little bit more focus on cleanliness.

Cosy hotel in an area where it's not easy to find anything decent. This is very decent accommodation at a good price. Very friendly staff, overall a good experience and would happily recommend to anyone. Nice location near a big lake.

Nice solid building in older part of town. Rooms basic but cosy. Good value for money. Very quiet. A short walk from everywhere. Would return.

Staff mixed: some pleasant and helpful beyond the call of duty. Some a still a bit pre-revolution in terms of demeanour and willingness. But it’s like that everywhere in Czechia. Breakfast limited.

Nice staff, room was clean. Breakfest ok - nothing exceptional but all we needed, good choise. I liked traditional pastry, fresh fruit and veg.

I don't like sprung mattress, but I can understand that these are preferred in hotels. For better sleep, I would apreciate dimout curtains. I could hear the traffic from near road.I missed more shelfs or hooks in the bathroom. Shower and toilet seemed a bit tired.

Secure parking, friendly staff, and a large room perfect for a family.

A bit of smell in the room

Disappointing

The room looked nothing like on the pictures and desperately needs renovation as well as better cleaning.

I needed a late 10pm checkin which and was nice to have breakfast too.

There was a coffee machine in the room . Which was a great idea but nothing to put into it to use it. The room had a fridge too.

I have to sleep without blanket and pillow it was like stone

The Hotel was good, the whole Hotel was clean and all the members were sweet and kind. I was very happy with my time there ať the Hotel.
